Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Auckland Central

We enjoyed Richards house for a week while spending time in Whangarparoa . It was perfect for us and affordable. We made fresh herb salads from the garden and loved the fresh honeycomb on vogel's toast in the morning. Fresh eggs and strawberries were a great bonus- Loved having all the doors open on a sunny day - a great beachy zen spot. Highly recommended . It's not 5 star swank... however it is down to earth comfortable and a much loved property with everything we needed. Beds very comfortable too.

Great house for multiple couples - plenty of space and outdoor use areas. Parking easy if you are ok to back down the driveway.

Lisa’s home is amazing! So well appointed, room for a large family group and the pool and spa were very welcome additions. Lisa was an amazing host, friendly and responsive. We were greeted with a box of chocolates which was just one of the small touches that made the stay such a great one. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in the greater Auckland area. Cole's place is a stylish, spacious home with great living space and a beautiful outdoor patio/garden. The location is super. A short walk to Point Chevalier beach for swimming and less than 15 mins drive to the city centre. The jacuzzi is a bonus!

This is my family 2nd visit in this lovely house & the location is perfect for close by families. The 1st visit was last year 2023 & due to my medical condition, I was not able to come on that trip, but my family mention that it was a house that we can call home. It was my 1st visit and now I see why they say this is home. Thanks to the host for making it possible for my family to check in early. Hope all is well with the host & in the future if possible & be able to return would be great.

Great home that our family used over the Christmas period. Jo was very thoughtful as she left us a Christmas tree, which was a nice touch. She was also very responsive on any questions or issues that we had. Would recommend this property as it was in such a great location in Browns Bay with many locations to visit nearby

A second fabulous stay in 2 months. We're so happy to have found Island Breeze! Once again, we were treated to peace and quiet, bird song (including Kaka fly-pasts again!), plus beautiful weather, easy access to beaches and townships - what more could we ask! Island Breeze is spotlessly clean, private, on a bus route if you need it, and just right! Thanks again!

The view was absolutely amazing! The bathroom was very nice and spacious and the folding doors out to the deck were perfect!

Friendly welcome and we were given a lot of helpful local info. Superb accommodation exactly as described with everything you could need. Lots of little touches that made the stay a bit more special ie pool towels, iPhone charger in bedroom, assorted snacks, helpful instructions and local guides. Great place to unwind and relax and lovely cafe just mins away for breakfast/brunch. All the sights of Auckland are just a quick ferry ride away. We would definitely stay here again if back in Auckland.

Loved this apartment in such a central location, close to Tepid Baths & port, just a block uphill from Customs St. The new UV blinds worked wonders, the TV was easy to use and to tuck away again, the beds were comfortable and the shower pressure great. Plenty of utensils to cook.

We were visiting Auckland from the US for a cruise. The apartment location was a short walk to the port. It was perfect for our needs ( 2 couples). It was clean and had all of the amenities you would need. Jane was lovely. We would love to stay here again. Perhaps one day!

A fantastic stay! We felt at home, and had everything we needed! The WiFi was strong, the bed was super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the building is nice and secure, a close walk to all the sights and popular spots. Hannah was very communicative and was genuinely interested in making sure we had a great stay. Everything was perfect, and when an issue with the AC arose, Hannah kept us updated and quickly remedied it. One quick note is to be careful with the shower/tub - it’s a different design, and every though it looks like you can lean on the glass, the glass is not affixed to the tub and will give way. One of the best stays we had in all of New Zealand!

This is truly a one-of-a-kind find. This magical spot deserves MORE than a 5 star rating! It's exceptional in every way. We enjoyed this second stay even more than the first in this amazing location. The combination of spectacular views, beautifully appointed and equipped space and kind hosts is unmatched! It's a convenient location to explore all that Waiheke has to offer. This is the best of the best!

Sky Blue is hard to beat for a short, medium or long stay based in Takapuna. It is cosy, welcoming, spacious, clean and perfectly located. We had no need to contact Jacqui during our stay but all communications prior to and after our stay made it clear she would have been immediately responsive. If we come back to Takapuna we shall definitely book Sky Blue again. Five stars is well earned and deserved

We absolutely loved our stay! We are a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children, this house had everything we needed. The home is very clean and well organised. I loved how the pool was secure with all safety precautions this was a huge weight taken off my shoulders especially with our active 2 year old. Our children loved the pool and the outdoor grass area for them to kick a ball around. Gay is a wonderful host she made things so easy for us to get around, everything is within close proximity supermarket, cafes, beach etc.. this has to be by far one of our favourite holidays away we will definitely becoming back and I highly recommend to anyone else. Thanks again for opening up your beautiful home to us and being such a wonderful host x

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from an amazing beach. The unit is lovely and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful family getaway. We had an incredible time—thank you!

The view, the view, the view. We could have spent our whole time sitting on the patio looking at the view. Very centrally located and easily walkable to many restaurants, stores, and attractions. Beds are on the firmer side. Nice to have a bathtub and the extra space (more than what you would get in a hotel). Would definitely stay again.

Great location for sea swimming at the end of a day’s sightseeing. Easy to get into town centre. Apartment very quiet.

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

We had a great 3-day stay at Nick's place and would be happy to stay here again. The private balcony is clearly the star of the show with its garden, grill, jacuzzi ("spa pool" in Kiwi-speak), and Sky Tower view. The condo is in a great location (I recommend the Grey Lynn butcher shop to make best use of Nick's grill) while still being quiet & private. And Nick himself is easily among the best Airbnb hosts I've interacted with –– he went above & beyond to make sure that check in & check out were at times that made sense for us, he's got a great sense of humor ("humour" in Kiwi-speak), and generally speaking he seemed to genuinely care that we had a fun experience.

Great place to stay clean and tidy close to Main Street - restaurants and brewery. Shed to lock our bikes. Lovely chocolates, croissants and toast/toppings for breakfast ! Comfortable bed.
