Our family really enjoyed our stay at Toghrul's Airbnb! It was the perfect location as it was near so many cafes and restaurants and not far from the sea. We walked as a family and really enjoyed our time in the area. The apartment is very spacious as well! We would for sure stay here again.

I recommend staying in Teymur's home. The place was as listed. During the stay, Teymur was very responsive and helpful. We stayed as a family of 4, and it was plenty of space for our children. Teymur even had a few small toys in the home. Overall, a great stay for our time in Baku.

Parviz’s place is a heaven to stay in for anyone looking for a simple and perfectly located seaside place close to the sea with a big 2 m deep swimming pool. It has a good strong air conditioning unit upstairs in the sleeping space which cools off all bedrooms and a living room easily. It’s well equipped with plates, glasses and cutlery, more than you need so it makes it easy to host or to stay there for a family or a group of friends. It’s quiet and pieceful neighbourhood makes you realise you really are away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city yet you are less than 10 minutes drive to the lively parts of the area if that’s what you’re looking for. As for the host himself - super welcoming, very helpful and very precious about his place therefore will do his best to help you around it pretty much at any time of day or night. He takes it a personal responsibility to make your stay as hustle free and comfortable, genuinely a positive and lovely guy. Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone visiting Baku. The proximity to both red and green metro lines and a great park make it an excellent location, all at a great value! And Khalid is a great host who is very responsive if there are any questions.

From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease due to his warm hospitality and clear communication. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra pillows and blankets, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, offering quick access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Khayyam's dedication to making the stay memorable was outstanding; he was always available to answer questions and assist with any needs that arose. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming home away from home.

I wasn't able to get to Baku in the end but my colleagues raved about Nicat and what an amazing host he was. They told me he went above and beyond to make them feel at home in the flat. He met them later in the evening and helped them get to know the neighbourhood that would be their home for three weeks. They said the flat was lovely and spacious and exactly as described. From what they told me I would definitely recommend Nicat's place! From my end he was also very easy to communicate with and very friendly. Sorry I didn't get to meet him but glad it all worked out for my colleagues. Thanks Nicat!
