Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Athis-Mons

This place is amazing! From booking to our arrival, Jean Patrick provided excellent communication. When we arrived, he ensured we had everything needed to find the location via taxi. He assisted us with getting our bags up to the top floor of the building and walked us through the apartment and even met us to help get everything down at the end of our trip. This apartment is the end unit on the top floor of the building and very quiet. From first glance walking in, you feel at home and much larger than they appear in the photos. We were traveing with our three kids and they had their space and we had ours. The kitchen and bathroom are also large and spacious with the added benefit of having a washer in the apartment. Great restaurants and bakeries are within short walking distance in either direction. You are steps from the Musée de l'Armee and the Tomb of Napoleon, a very short walk to École Militaire metro, busses and a view of the Tomb and Eiffel Tower. We wish we could stay longer!

A lovely apartment in perfect surroundings. Close to cafes and restaurants, as well as public transportation. It's good that the windows are so soundproof, as there is noise from people on the street, but that's part of staying in the city center. Lots of life and good vibes. Worth a visit.

The place is as published , unbeatable area with restaurants and the eiffel tower a minutes walk away. And places to buy things for the day . The apartment was clean and tidy . And she highlighted her quick responses to my concerns. It had everything for a nice stay . The only thing that was difficult is the bathroom bacha was very girl to wash on a daily basis . The stay was positive !! Thank you

Location location location! Close to the Eiffel Tower, many restaurants, supermarkets etc. The apartment gave us the experience of living in Paris. The apartment is warm & cozy, yes the neighbours are close but it is an inner city apartment. We could even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the bathroom & bedroom. On our next trip we hope we can stay here again.

Great location, comfortable bed with all the amenities. A bit of a cold current at times but in general a great comfortable experience. I was on my own for work so it was the perfect place for me.

Pleasant stay, the proximity to the RER is very nice. Simple and seamless communication with Christel. Nothing to add, you can trust with your eyes closed!

The house is very nice, very clean. The neighborhood is quiet, everything is easily accessible (metro, tram, shops, restaurants). Olivia responds quickly to messages despite the jet lag. Excellent stay!

The location was well placed relative to our destination. We slept well and restaurants and other ameneties are relatively close-by and accessible by car. The location is clean, and provides enough space for 2 to 3 people to stay comfortably. Would stay again if I or colleagues were returning to the area.

My mom and I travelled to Paris for the first time and stumbled upon this listing, drawn in by the photos. It was a beautiful and perfect stay! It was easy to locate and in a safe location. The metro was right around the corner and Gillian included detailed instructions, as well as a list of his recommendations. We had a blast exploring and felt great going back to this cozy place. We would absolutely stay here again

Great place away from all the tourists but close enough to get to all the sights of Paris by metro and bus. Plenty of good restaurants and small grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The apartment is quite spacious by Paris standards and has a large very well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and uncluttered and we felt very comfortable and slept very well in the large bed and quiet surroundings. Olivier was always quick to respond and always very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in amazing Paris.

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

Christine's place was perfect for every type of traveler. Great location, close to Les Halles metro to easily take RER A or B. Everything was just excellent from communication to ease of check-in to checking out. My yearly visit I would hands-down book this place and recommend it to any single or couples traveling to Paris.

The host was responsive (although with a slight delay), but their helpfulness and clear instructions made everything seamless. A standout feature was the option to store luggage before check-in and after checkout, which added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. "We loved our stay in Paris and staying in Sandro's apartment was a differential. Close to good restaurants, metro , Pantheon, Arena, among other attractions and easy to go by foot or by metro on all sides of Paris. The apartment has the essentials for a good stay and to be able to eat at home. Quiet, and great for housing a small family. We will stay again and recommend it.

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.
