John and Lizz's place was the perfect blend of spacious yet also cozy, with many of the rooms leading to the open main living room with lots of light. It was the perfect place to spend time with a larger family or group of friends. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean when we got there. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

What a quaint little getaway. My friend and I were pleased to find an Airbnb that currently allows dogs with all the amenities Seth's Airbnb has to offer. We took full advantage of the hot tub and firepit located on the private back deck which were highlights of our stay as the property offers peaceful West facing views of the river. The inside of the home was clean, cozy and decorated in eclectic art. Less than an hour away, it is located near downtown New Paltz as well as the Catskills mountains and Minnewaska Preserve making it the ideal spot for avid hikers like us looking to create memorable experiences. Thanks Seth for a great getaway and being easy to communicate with.

When I first pulled up to Kliment's, I literally teared up - that's how breath-taking his spot is. It was just what the doctor ordered... if doctors actually treated your mind, body, and soul and not just your body :) Seriously though, Kliment's place was an oasis for me: private, quiet, peaceful, with amazing views of the Catskill mountains. His home itself was beautifully decorated, simple yet super cozy, and had everything I needed and then some. (And the chickens were lovely company as well!) Kliment is one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had, hands down. With a very hectic schedule, Kliment was flexible, responsive, kind and patient with accommodating my many change requests and needs throughout my stay. Kliment is not just a wonderful host, but also a truly wonderful person - the world needs more people like him. In short: I can't recommend Kliment's home or him as a host enough! If you are hovering over the "Reserve Now" button, book it!!! You won't regret it! :)

Madeline was easily accessible and the well-stocked house was snug, warm, and comfortable during our stay in very wintry weather. The setting is quiet, but very close to town and all amenities. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

This was our second time staying at their great little spot! The hosts are wonderful, very communicative and provide plenty of great recommendations places to eat, sights to see, etc. We love the house so much, especially the funky decor and all the art pieces. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to prepare meals, everything is clean, and the home is just so warm, cozy, and private. The perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Perfectly located too for all the spots we love to hit on our annual trip to the area! For sure we’ll be planning to stay again and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay at Michael’s place. Conveniently located 10 minutes from Hunter Mountain, 10 minutes from Phoenicia, and just under 30 minutes from Woodstock. Outdoor hot tub with tv was a hit. The house is well heated, which was important during a brutally cold week. Clean and tidy. Would recommend!

Pictures don’t do justice! Craig’s place was lovely, from the amazing kitchen to the spacious living room and the outdoor patio. For a group getaway this is the perfect place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Susanna was such a wonderful, generous, and helpful host! When our previous Airbnb did not work out and we were desperately searching for better options nearby, we stumbled on Susanna’s place and she was able to accommodate us at a lower price given that it was so last minute and we were losing money on having to check out of our other Airbnb early. She also was helpful in communicating with us about an upcoming snowstorm and made sure to send people to plow and shovel right away. Aside from that, the house is spectacular, with gorgeous breathtaking Mountain Views, comfortable and cozy couches and beds, an amazing fireplace with a large stock of firewood, and a kitchen stocked with all the appliances you’d need! The hot tub was amazing too! We loved it here and are so glad we stumbled upon it. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend!!

My wife and I stayed at Ron’s place for five nights for a winter getaway. We had a great stay, highlights include a comfortable king bed, a quiet setting, a cozy fireplace, and the large ground floor bathroom that feels like your own spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, huge bathtub, and rain shower. Ron was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We spent many hours watching TV on the screen and projector set up, we grabbed more pillows from upstairs to add some more cushion to the leather couch downstairs.

A great get-away. Super comfortable, just as advertised, and with an incredibly stocked kitchen. Our dog had a blast romping in the yard, and my wife and I are already talking about going back in the summer. We loved it.

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing home! The location was lovely, the skiing/hiking/activities were great, restaurants were amazing, and the house was perfect. My kids had a ball and my husband and I soaked up the relaxation!

House was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and bed was super comfortable and cosy. Everything was there in the house- kitchen, bathroom, hot water. Well styled decor. Spotless. Felt very private and peaceful. Location was not as picturesque as I prefer, but fairly close to sight seeing.

We loved this cute studio cabin at the end of a quiet lane in the woods. The host was accommodating and left a welcome basket with tea & muffins for our arrival. The whole unit was clean and well maintained with basic equipment for cooking. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching the wildlife. Convenient location for Woodstock for coffee and food, & Ashokan reservoir for walking and cycling. There were a few potholes on the access road to the property which deer use to drink from (☺️). We loved that the cabin was bug free and did not have any trace of bug spray! (We get very bad reactions to that stuff). Thank you for hosting & being respive. Recommend for a weekend 👍🏼

Great stay! It was the perfect space for a get together with friends. Easily walkable and drivable to town. Adam and hosts provided thorough information and were extremely responsive to all questions we had before and during our stay.

Jason's home was lovely and accurately described & appointed - my friends and I spent a wonderful weekend with our pups and were even blessed by some snow! The fireplaces (yes - two!) were a great add-on and we were super excited to relax and enjoy all the home has to offer. Thanks so much again Jason! :)

5 Stars – Amazing Stay! We had an incredible experience at Sorov’s place! The cabin was perfect, and the surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway. The recommendations provided were absolutely spot-on, and the communication was excellent throughout our stay. We loved it so much that we’re already planning to come back this summer. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-hosted retreat!

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.

My husband and I REALLY enjoyed Jeff & Sharon’s cabin!! It was the perfect place for a 4-day weekend away from home! As soon as we walked through the door, we felt right at home. Everything is described exactly as is and was extremely clean and comfortable. The cabin itself is quaint, but the cathedral ceilings and plenty of windows made it feel spacious. The river out back was so peaceful and exactly what we needed to take a few moments to breathe in the crisp, fresh mountain air. We even took a walk up the road (which was very quiet) and well kept, considering it had recently snowed. Sharon and Jeff were the BEST hosts. I love that they followed up and made sure we were settled in and there if we needed anything. Phoenicia is right around the corner and down NY-28 there are some cute shops, the Phoenicia Diner and Woodstock Brewery. Highly recommend stopping at Bettina’a Cafe in Phoenicia and Maeve’s Cafe for amazing coffee and good eats! We hope to be back very soon!!

This place was perfect for a group weekend ski trip / winter getaway! The house is close to town and the resorts but still private and secluded among the trees. The fireplace and hot tub were the cherries on top of an already gorgeous house.

Hannah was extremely responsive at all times. She even provided us with Oat Milk for our coffee! The water does have a sulphur odor but no worries there is a big water dispensing for drinking if so desire. Place was clean, quiet and perfect for our stay in the Hudson Valley.

Theresa was so great to work with! Very accommodating and on top everything. My dogs loved the yard and it gave us peace of mind knowing they had a secure place to play. Theresa also did a fantastic job on grooming the pups. Definitely a big plus to have this service available! Thank you Theresa!
