Very cozy accommodation tastefully decorated with a garden in perfect condition. Weak spots: horseback parking on the sidewalk in front of not very convenient or secure. Steep floor access staircase especially since the unique toilets are located on the ground floor. Highlights: cleanliness, bathroom with washer and dryer, quality of communication with the owner very responsive. Recommended

Gauthier's house is very nice ,spacious ,bright ,quiet , tastefully decorated. Plenty of storage and comfortable bedding. The municipality of Lonvignie is close to Soignies or the train station leads to central Brussels in 30 minutes . We had an excellent stay in our stay .

We had a nice stay with the family at Joséphine's house. Joséphine took care to make sure we had all the comforts we could and remained available for us throughout the stay. Shopping and pharmacy within walking distance.

Very nice stay, warm as at home with small touches. Close to metro, bus and supermarket. Great place to meet with friends after a day of sightseeing in Lille.

I had a very nice time in Vincent's apartment. We had absolutely everything at our disposal. Vincent was a very nice host and helped me with anything I needed. I highly recommend it.

The flat has a lovely layout for one or two. The heating is up to snuff. What an amazing dvd and vhs collection... e.g. twin peaks on vhs, 11 tapes. Great books too, literature in French and English... comic books too -- the belgian experience. Yes, the shower and bathroom were sparkling clean. Washing machine was top-notch, and when I mentioned that I didn't have detergent Christine responded within minutes and provided a cup of it. complete privacy, felt sheltered from the street surprisingly well

Great place to stay, we have 3 kids and we easily fit into the space. Very responsive host and helpful when we had questions about the area. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Brussels!

I stayed in this apartment for more than two weeks. The hosts of the apartment are wonderful and helpful people, ready to help immediately in any situation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. Three pots, two pans, lots of dishes. This apartment is not just for a guest for a few days, it is a real apartment for living. The historic center is a 20-minute walk away, and there are many grocery stores and bakeries near the house. A large supermarket is 15 minutes on foot. Metro station 1 minute from the house, there are also trams and buses. Brussels Nord station is a 25 min walk away. You can also get to all these places by public transport. I lived here in January, the apartment is very warm. I recommend this apartment.

The place is comfortable and enjoyable. Very good welcome from the owners present at check-in and check-out. The metro is very convenient to go to the center of Brussels but not close to the accommodation. We used the free parking next to the subway. Very nice stay with a top-notch accommodation.

Marie-Cecile was very hospitable and her place was a perfect fit for our family with 2 young kids. Kids loved the bunk bed, toys and games. The place was tidy, spacious and very homely.

It was a very cute place to stay. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean. The heaters worked very well too. We were able to cook breakfast in the kitchen every morning. We had a very restful stay. It was a 20mins tram ride to the city centre. We got to see many places and not just the tourist area. We were able to check in way ahead of time and also Johanna allowed us to keep the bags at her place after checking out.

Hugo is an excellent host, he is very professional and his apartment is nicely appointed. The beds are great, the shower is especially excellent, and we love the location. The security of the building is very reassuring. The building is very quiet and the elevator is much appreciated. The apartment is clean and cozy. We have rented this place before, and we will again if we have the chance. And a big thank you to Hugo for the gift of champagne!

We had a great time. Spacious and bright apartment, quiet. Accessible 20 25 mins walk to the city center. Lots of children's games: which was very nice for our daughter!
