Well renovated apartment on 2 floors connected via a staircase with a stunning view on the bay. In the middle of the old town and very quiet throughout the day . Host was very responsive and always available to provide tips and suggestions

Beautiful house in very quiet and beautiful neighborhood suitable for a group of 3 people. In the alley outside the apartment you could see the sea from above. The host is very kind and communicative for everything we needed.

George was so kind to arrange us a taxi to reach to the house and extremely helpful to respond to all our questions. When we checked in the house, I fell in love with the simplicity, the art pieces around and the decoration. That terrace upstairs made our night especially with full moon unforgettable. All the recommendations about the beaches, restaurants and cafes were so helpful. Trying most of them , the best beach is the closest to the house down the hill and the best restaurant is Astropelos in Livadi. I can only recommend the guests to recheck about the bedrooms reachable climbing the ladder and has narrow space to the ceiling. Thanks to the house and the island that let us have great memories. we will be back! Thank you for all George !

We had a great stay at Henning’s place. The house is gorgeous and very unique, with a cozy feeling that makes you feel home. The location couldn’t be better, and Henning was a perfect host who made us feel super welcomed. 10/10

This was easily one of my top airbnbs I’ve ever stayed!! Άγγελος is so welcoming, and made us feel like local Astypaleans immediately. He gave us so many tips on what to do around town, held our bags at his place until our afternoon ferry arrived (he lives downstairs with his adorable puppy μέλι “Méli”), and even left us fruits and water upon arrival. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, and you can easily fit 5 people (if you’re comfortable in an open concept). The airbnb is exactly as listed, but there are also fun little nick nacks and books, so it genuinely feels like you’re staying in your family friends flat. Upon arriving, I noticed there wasn’t a house number on the address - just click the “open in maps” via airbnb, it will give you the geographical coordinates. Immediately after stepping off our arrival ferry, Άγγελος was waiting for us at the nearby cafe terrace & warmly called my name, like we were reunited long lost friends!

No exaggeration, a place that's hard to leave! The house of Ilias has everything you need so that your holidays in beautiful Astypalaia are unforgettable. Traditional antique furniture, comfortable mattresses and a view of the sea that you just can't get enough of it make you want to come back at the first opportunity! As for Ilias, he is a communicative host and always willing to help you. However, one should take into account, as has been pointed out in previous reviews, that the upstairs beds are accessed via a narrow and fairly steep staircase, which may make it difficult for people with mobility issues.

great location and view, try to get the top suites since they have better view :) Dimitris was great, helpful and respectful. Definitely recommend!

Huge and spacious apartment with 2 toilets which is fully equipped with everything a family of 4 needs (such as a washing machine). Maybe for a heatwave it takes a 2 A/C in the 2 bedroom. However, we settled in with the fan because the temperatures on the island were below 30 C. Generally a very pleasant experience on a beautiful island with friendly people, nice beaches and great (albeit a little expensive) food.

I cannot recommend this accomodation more! I felt right at home and so looked after. Sophia was so warm and friendly and Giorgio was so helpful and responsive. The studio is clean and so comfortable with the best view! I never wanted to leave and I cannot wait to come back!
