October 2024, 2 people We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, well-kept apartment. It is high quality and fully equipped. 2 equivalent great bedrooms with very comfortable beds and quality bedding. Very spacious dining area, also suitable for working, great Internet throughout. Fantastic view from the beautiful balcony and from one of the bedrooms. This apartment is just GREAT! Beautiful, quiet surroundings and just a few minutes' walk to the lake and promenade. Brigitte is a friendly, attentive host and helps where she can. It is important to pay attention to the check-in and check-out times and a few rules, then you can spend a fantastic vacation here.

Great vacation at Alessio's, we were delighted with the hospitality, communication, availability and kindness of Alessio... the apartment is great, quiet and well located between Como and Belaggio, bus stop nearby, pier not far but you have to go down and up the 300 steps of stairs 😊 In summary: great vacation at Lake Como.

We have never been better taken care of! Mavi was SO helpful. Our train was cancelled, and she helped us find the next train available. She picked us up at the train station and took great care of us. She also gave us great recommendations. We absolutely loved our stay in Stresa. The house was clean and comfortable, and the views were magical. A stay at Mavi’s place is HIGHLY recommended. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful apartment, lovingly and practically furnished. Magnificent lake view. We enjoyed our vacation very much and felt at home. It was certainly not the last time we had a wonderful time here.

Melissa helped us during our week long stay in Lake Como. She gave clear instructions and met us at the door with champagne and treats. And the one question we had she returned the call in less then 10 minutes. The apartment couldn’t be in a better spot. Any way you turned there was something to do. It was perfect for my husband and I. Also, for the women: an actual working hair dyer, not a small travel one, one that works!! We will definitely stay with them again. Great contact with the host. Alessandra is very friendly and was always quick to respond to messages. The apartment is located in an apartment building in a quiet location, not far from the center and it was clean. It has a nice little terrace. Unfortunately, it was still too cold to sit out - so unfortunate. Otherwise, the heating in the cold season runs through the air conditioning, which was a bit unusual for us at first until we had found the optimal temperature. We felt comfortable all around.

We had a really good time and were satisfied with the stay. Clean, quiet environment and close to the center.

Sylvia was very attentive and anxious to welcome us and offer us the right places and places to discover. It's very much appreciated. The accommodation is located in a beautiful village, on the heights (fairly steep access!!! That's the calves) and very peaceful and restful.

Very nice attic, spacious and well-equipped, the accommodation is easily accessible with free parking spaces,beware of street washing however for parking. Barbara was very responsive and gave us good recommendations.

Very pleasant experience. Simple but clean apartment. Equipped for both short and long stays and business trips. In the heart of the city but sheltered from the noise of the nightlife of the historic center. Excellent quality of the mattress and linens in general. Friendly and helpful host. I'll be happy to come back.

The apartment is very nice. Located on the 4th floor with elevator access, it is bright and airy. If you wish, you can park the car safely in the basement. The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped, nothing is missing. It is located in the heart of Varese which is convenient for walking to the restaurant, shopping or taking the train to Milan. There is traffic during the day but it is not disturbing and the nights were quiet. Communication with Francesca was excellent, the information is complete and clear. In addition, she gave us a lot of tourist information that was helpful to us. Francesca is very welcoming and available for any questions. This apartment is a perfect place to visit Lake Como, Lake Maggiore or go to Milan for the day, we had a great week there.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The pool was great, and not shared with too many people. The views were lovely. The location is a ten minute drive from Luino, but there are a couple of good restuarants and a small supermarket within a short walk. It's very quiet and peaceful. The only slight issue is that we were expecting fans in all the bedrooms, but they had only provided one. However this was rectified the same day we reported it. It certainly needs fans when it's hot!

Great view and the pool (which we could no longer use in October because of the weather) are a dream. Paola is a dream host and always available and had many tips right from the start. Unfortunately, shopping is not possible in the village, which means you either have to buy something in smaller stores (if you can find a parking space) or you have to go back to Como. Otherwise, you can also start a few hikes directly from the apartment. Restaurants are available in the village or in nearby villages as long as you can find a parking space - which unfortunately was an issue even in October (also due to construction sites)

We had a great stay at the property. Everything was just like on the photos. The view from apartment no. 3 is outstanding and worth every penny. The pool is another highlight and an absolute rarity on Lake Como. Everything was super clean, and the communication as well as the arrival and departure were hassle-free. Ilaria was always available and responded quickly to questions. The location is great for excursions in the area and offers everything you need (restaurant, bus stop and grocery store directly opposite). We will definitely recommend.

I liked everything, the photos responded to reality . And the apartment has everything you need and even more. The view from the balcony is just great, in the morning you drink the most bliss. All issues were resolved very quickly. Recommended .
