Enjoyed a fantastic 3 night stay here! Lovely apartment in a great location. Sonia is a fab host! We loved the courtyard!

We loved this place. For 4 of us it was really comfortable with 2 full bathrooms and lots of living space. The elevator was also a plus! It's a short train ride to the historic center. Highly recommend!

The accommodation was very comfortable, fully equipped with everything we needed, and situated in such a great location. The check-in time was flexible with clear instructions, and the host was very helpful and responded quickly.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here

A breathtaking stay & an accommodating host!

Had a beautiful time staying at this spot as our home base as we travelled into Siena and around Tuscany for a few days. Enrico and his family were very nice and the property is beautiful! It was particularly helpful to have laundry use to wash some things to get through the end of the trip.

very nice and clean house with two bathrooms both with showers that were very useful in 7. Available plates and glasses also made us find coffee pods. Also tips for finding restaurants and supermarkets in the area. House 10 minutes from downtown

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

Amazing the apartment of Marco and Beatrice, super modern, with everything you need for a carefree stay in Siena, super quick questions were always answered, and the check-in was simple and quick. The only point against that we could find it was that the heating was controlled by them, one had to request that they turn it on and turn it off in the morning when they wanted and with the cold in the morning it was ice the apartment and we did not have how to control the temperature, but the rest incredible.

Amalia and her husband are two wonderful people. They welcomed us in a friendly and friendly way, making themselves available for every need. They are very attentive to details and have made the stay really comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

This is the second time that we stayed at Giacomo's place in Florence, and we had a good experience. Centrally located, which made it great to go back to rest for an hour or so in the afternoon. Everything we needed was available. Giacomo is very helpful and friendly - gave us a good recommendation for spectacular gelato and restaurants in the area.

My mum and I had an amazing stay at Mario’s place. It was really comfortable, clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (even umbrellas which came in handy on a rainy day!). Claudio was an amazing and really friendly host, showing us around the apartment and explaining how everything worked! It was also super easy to get into Firenze city centre- either walking or 3 stops on the tram. We visited 2 of the restaurants recommended by Claudia which we LOVED. We honestly felt right at home at the apartment and would have loved to have stayed longer!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at MEA Casa! The house is stunning, and the surrounding views are simply breathtaking. Martin and Elena were incredibly welcoming and offered fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back!

The entire property was absolutely wonderful – from the location to the overall living experience, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and kind, showing great care and hospitality from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home during my stay. On my arrival, the host thoughtfully gifted me a bottle of wine, plenty of fresh fruits, and some delicious chocolate pastries – such a warm and generous gesture that made me feel instantly comfortable. The house itself is very spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every morning, I would wake up feeling refreshed and grateful, as sunlight poured into the rooms – it was simply beautiful. I genuinely loved my time here, and whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this place is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

This place was awesome! Perfect location from the train station (5-10 minute walk). Such a fun place. We use the hot tub every night! The painting on the ceiling is almost 400 years old! The only downside is he can get a little noisy with the road next-door…. But I bet many places are like that in Florence. Just book it!

We had the best time at Gianluca's place! It was right in the middles of the city and it was easy to walk to all of the attractions and delicious local restaurants. We would highly recommend this place for a stay in Siena.

Perfect apartment walking distance from the beautiful piazza's, river and restaurants. Really well designed with a nice clean and comfortable design. No stairs to climb which was very nice after a day of walking all around the city and steep streets.

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.

I have just come back from a 3 night stay at Federico’s apartment with my sister and mum. It’s a stunning property, incredibly spacious with plenty of charm, it was perfect for our requirements. The apartment building is a short walk to the piazza, with plenty of restaurants and shops en route. I have stayed in Siena many times over the last decade and this was the best accommodation I have had yet. Federico is really friendly and very responsive to any questions / requests. I would definitely recommend and we are already planning our next trip! Thank you ☺️
