Marco was very helpful with us: we arrived at 10:00 pm, waited for us, helped with parking and took us to the apartment. The studio is small, essential with all the amenities. The location is fantastic and the view is wonderful.

Piera is the hostess that we all would like to find when we arrive at a place not at home. It's her who makes you feel at home and hosted as if you were part of the family. Great tips about the area and what to eat and see. It was a pleasure for me, highly recommended

We had the most incredible time in Giove! Michele was so helpful before our stay, answering all of our many questions, and his parents Ornella and Marco were such wonderful hosts. Marco showed us around his art studio (he is an incredible painter) and Ornella baked us the most delicious cake! They were both friendly and helpful, but also they left us privacy and space to relax. We have to also mention the cats, who we were very sad to say goodbye to! We were 4 girls looking for a relaxing escape from London and we were so pleased we chose to stay here. We decided on the upper apartment which had the most incredible views of the area and was just a stones throw from the swimming pool. The views were incredible, the local town was beautiful and we can't recommend the place enough for a relaxing, Italian stay in the country.

Upon entry, you immediately realize you are stepping into someplace truly special. The entryway and staircase have been carefully renovated, giving an authentic, powerful sense of history and space. This medieval structure has been beautifully restored with meticulous attention to detail, blending historical charm with a clean, contemporary feel. The furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, creating an open, airy atmosphere that perfectly complements the building’s magnificence. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find precious drawings and tasteful paintings that add a unique, personal touch. Both beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh-smelling linens, making for very restful nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, making it feel like a home away from home. The views from the windows, with fog drifting through the valley, are simply breathtaking. This is a truly remarkable place to stay!

bettina's house is a rare pearl, warm, cozy, clean and tidy, but above all dog-friendly: a large garden available to our four-legged friends where you can run freely and safely was the cherry on an already absolutely perfect cake. the area is extremely quiet, comfortable to everything, Bettina is kind and helpful, really highly recommended

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

The apartment was extremely well cleaned, well situated and provided for a spectacular view of sunrise. The terrace is incredible. The apartment is larger than it looks in the photos. We loved it. The best part is Roberto-the best SUPER host ever. When we missed the train stop at Spello, he drove to the next station to pick us up. When he dropped us off at the station for our departure I realized the lunch I packed for the train ride back to Florence was forgotten in the fridge. He went back to the apartment and got it for us even when we said not to bother- he insisted and refused compensation for his trouble. He is probably the kindest host we have ever had and we have had many. Thank you Roberto for everything. Spello is incredible. Your apartment is wonderful and you are the best!

8 friends and I spent New Year's Eve at Walter's place and it was really perfect. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a fire on in the fireplace, which made the atmosphere warm and inviting. We took advantage of the outdoor barbecue and all the amenities the house offered. The only small drawback was the shower: with the heater, only the first showers were warm. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Walter was extremely kind, helpful and always ready to help us. We really appreciated your hospitality and highly recommend your home, especially for a group of large friends

We stayed 4 days at Alessandro's house and they were the most beautiful of our trip around Italy. Emma, her aunt and Luigia, her mom, were adorable, warm and helped us with everything we needed. They looked for us at the train station, Emma prepared the house with all the details one can imagine, and they even came to say goodbye to the station on the last day! Spello is beautiful, the apartment is large, super clean, it has a balcony that we use a lot every day, but what we take the most from the place is the love that is noticed from the hosts. Highly recommended! Grazie ♥️

Absolutely FANTASTIC apartment. AMAZING. One of the best I've ever been to. EXCEPTIONAL. Very clean, with everything you need. Lots of towels, things for breakfast, and everything that needs to be in a home when you live there. Absolutely nothing is missing. It's not easy to find apartments like this. It's written by one who rented a lot of them. I was really impressed. Mrs. Patrizia is of extreme kindness and came to pick me up at the station. I recommend everyone to stay in this apartment if you need to stop in Foligno

the little house is in a really favorable location, it feels like you're in a fairytale uma allaround. the interior of the apartment is delicious, equipped with everything you need, even a little breakfast. super soft bed, bathroom with spacious shower and more than working stove. What to say... highly recommended! plus Fabio was helpful and kind

The place in Omar was the best I could wish for. The property is as described, very clean and kept even better. Omar was super helpful in getting around and very quick in requests, especially in the flexibility of checkout, always friendly and very friendly. I highly recommend it and if I need it again in the future I will definitely rely on Omar and his home.

Extremely friendly owner and available for anything. The location of the house is great for walking around Todi, there are many restaurants, bars and shops of various kinds nearby. The apartment is clean and full of every comfort. Absolutely recommend.

Luca was very kind, he made us easily understand how to enter the structure. The house was super clean and spacious, even for us there were 5 of us, it had two bathrooms and two showers. There was also a parking spot next to it. Highly recommended if you are nearby.

the apartment is one of the best of our road trip! it has a breathtaking view. the attentions of chiara are just wonderful after a long journey. the breakfast delivered to the door is so nice! it's an undeniable plus. the cleanliness of the apartment, communication with chiara and her husband who remain available for all our questions. the bedding is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. in short you will not regret it! nothing but the village is worth it! in addition we have forgotten an object and she will try to send it to us! beautiful people!
