We had an amazing time in Hostelería's place. it was as beautiful as shown in the pictures with stunning views. it's a perfect place for nature lovers and for a peaceful holiday. Our host was very friendly despite having language barrier, he was very helpful. He even got us food and was happy to bring whatever we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday.

Mercedes house is beautiful, and this equipadisima, we were able to cook everything we had, it had more things than we imagined, Mercedes was very attentive with us, the rooms were comfortable and very nice, there was heating and that made me want to enter the house quietly, we have walked around the house and it is very nice, you can find 3 supermarkets 10 minutes away by car from home💜. Thank you Mercedes.

Cozy house in a spectacular rural setting. We were 12 people and the house had everything you need to have a great weekend: spacious living room, numerous rooms, outdoor pool and jacuzzy (a shame it was very bad weather and we could hardly use them), wood oven, abundant utensils, etc. The beautiful setting. A lost house between mountains with very beautiful landscapes. And if that was not enough, Roko, the neighboring dog liven us up the times we were outdoors. In short, we were very comfortable and eager to repeat.

Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. Beautiful rural garden refuge in the heart of the Merindades, an area of impressive natural beauty and full of lovely medieval (from 10th century on) cities and towns. Santi has put a lot of time and effort to build his private refuge and we felt grateful he shared with us. Him and his wife were fantastic hosts and full of helpful suggestions. Their dogs Jackie & Chan were affectionate and playful. The place was huge, well decorated and spotless. All amenities, modern kitchen and cabinets, great bathrooms with a jacuzzi, working wood burning stove and a huge garden with a sitting/dining area and pond with ducks. Private parking of course. Butrera is a tiny town with a lovely romanic church but just a few miles of Villarcayo with plenty of restaurants and a Carrefour supermarket. A really unique place in our extensive experiences with Airbnb's. Our one regret is that we were there only two nights but we will be back to this astonishing area before international tourism discovers it.

My friends and I had a great weekend in the countryside. The house is large and quiet, just as we wanted. We'll be happy to come back!

We spent two days at Christmas with 12 adults, a child and two dogs and it was great. The house was as it appeared in the photos. The kitchen in the house downstairs is huge and we were able to eat together without any problems. Communication with Asier was quick and easy, he answered all our questions with infinite patience. I recommend it 100%.

We had a great weekend with the family and really enjoyed the house, everything was perfect and we loved it, and Isabel is a great host, always attentive to us and giving us recommendations for places, restaurants …. Thank you very much, we'll be back for sure

The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, with plenty of space and a huge window in the living room overlooking the valley, where you can see how the clouds stay in the lower part. It has a giant patio, a good fireplace and a perfectly equipped kitchen with everything you need. All the rooms are large with good beds and duvets, and with three bathrooms, all very comfortable and complete as well as beautiful. The house's climate control is perfect with radiant floor heating. It's super comfortable, everything was great. Communication with Javier was very good and he also shows you nearby routes and places of interest.

We had a fantastic few days. We were looking for peace of mind and disconnecting and we got it. A very nice little house, with everything you need, in the middle of a small village, with animals nearby. There was a bit of a problem with the fridge but Marta looked for it quickly and offered us her help. She also had a very nice detail with my children. We were as if we were as if we were

Daniel gave us a great welcome. We are happy to have found this rare pearl, in the heights of Cantabria. Peace and quiet. The view of the mountains is fabulous, with terrace, with views and all rooms with views of nature. We are very happy with our stay and will not hesitate to return. thanks Daniel.

The house is in an unbeatable location for hiking of all kinds. The surroundings are very nice, we felt right at home, we didn't want for anything. We even had a barbecue in the garden where our dog could run around. Israel was very kind at all times, giving us directions about the surroundings and some tips on where to eat, and what to visit Thank you very much. We'll be back for sure.

if you want to disconnect from everything surrounded by nature this is the perfect place, everything is better than good ,we were super comfortable the house a pass of pretty and everything is great, thank you emelina for letting us have an amazing weekend.

The stay was very good. We enjoyed the house and the attention of Esmeralda and her parents. The location of the house allows you to be in the countryside just over five minutes from downtown Torrelavega. The house is in perfect condition and very comfortable. We hope to repeat.

We have spent a good weekend in the pin house. It's great for disconnecting surrounded by nature. The house has charm with the little river that passes right next door. The terrace is perfect for having a barbecue. There are trails that leave the village and the house.

This charming studio cabin is situated in the foothills of Cambria . Beaches are really close by 10 - 25 minutes , great to explore the coastline especially east of Santander . Nice restaurants by the coast but we found the best restaurant serving high quality Spanish food just down the road in Suesa called « bonabo » so friendly , but the homemade food was just so good. The cabin is basic but well situated. Shower and toilet very small. The garden surrounding is excellent for dogs, there are animals in the fields surrounding the cabin, our dog wasn’t worried about them and didn’t worry them. A lovely little place to go.

Perfect if you have a car and want to get rid of the busy city. We had wonderful 4 days at Joana's place and can recommend it fully!

Wow, what great house. The location is absolutely stunning in a little village with beautiful mountain views. The house itself is great—they’ve done a great job renovating and the whole thing feels very new and fresh and clean. A perfect place for a peaceful escape. Great communication as well. I would definitely stay here again.

An idyllic place to rest and enjoy the most authentic Cantabria. Horses and cows free graze on nearby lands. The views from the terrace are what it takes to disconnect from the everyday hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature. Great for going with friends, as long as you're looking for tranquility. Conchi has been very attentive from the very beginning. To repeat!!

A house with a lot of character with a nice garden next to a small river . Close to Liérganes and driving distance to the beaches and Santander. Marta is a welcoming and helpful host. We had a wonderful stay.

A very well-kept house with a beautiful garden. There was room for everyone and we were able to have a very quiet weekend. The host Teodoro was very friendly and there was no problem getting in or out of the house.
