We had a great stay here. The apartment is really nice and the location is very central. We can only recommend the place.

We spent New Year's Eve 23024/25 in Ahlam's attic apartment, the location is great for visiting Kassel. Parking in the courtyard with gate also great. Unfortunately, the noise from the apartment below was very disturbing (maybe it was the holidays), otherwise we felt comfortable in the apartment. Another plus: great amenities, comfortable furniture and of course the infrared cabin!

Was on site for 3 nights, everything to my satisfaction, Jenny and family are extraordinarily nice, have nothing to complain about. I'll be happy to come back on occasion.

Tanja's place was very nicely decorated and has a great view of the greenery. The apartment is very bright and has no unnecessary stuff, so you don't feel irritated. You can walk and cycle in the area. Lake Edersee is definitely worth a trip. I would come back and can recommend the place to anyone.

We stayed here with my boyfriend for a night. Thomas place was super clean with everything that was needed. Also the communication with Thomas was really quick and he explained in details everything for a smooth check in and check out. You are coming to ski? The house is 5 min away with auto from the Ski lift. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need. Communication with the host was super friendly, quick and straightforward. In addition, the host was extremely accommodating. We highly valued our privacy and felt completely comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Those who want to be quiet and beautiful are in good hands there. We had 2 wonderful days at this house with 3 kids and dog. Great and very tastefully decorated...

Lovely house tucked away from the main road with private parking. Very close to town, you can easily walk there in under 10 mins and very close to supermarkets and shops. The rooms are large and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. Daniela was a great host, very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was sparkling clean. Everything was available or even more. Very good amenities. The mattress on the large bed was super soft, I preferred the other smaller bed because the mattress was very hard. The description for TV and Wi-Fi were easy to understand. It creaked a little at the beginning, but the host was immediately reachable by phone and we were able to resolve it very quickly. Very good information was also available for excursions in the area. Very quiet environment ideal for "coming down." Also very well taken care of for the four-legged friends. This place is highly recommended. Grade 1+

We spent a weekend with friends at Olga's place. The house corresponds to the photos and is both beautiful and practical. We didn't miss anything and we felt completely comfortable. Olga responds super quickly to all inquiries!

The loving furnishings of the Linnehus leave nothing to be desired. Communication with Sonja also went smoothly. Just right for those who want to enjoy a few days of peace and quiet. Definitely recommend !

We visited Melanie in the "Second Home" with our dog Gypsy and my parents. And that's exactly how it felt to us, like a home away from home! ☺️ There was everything we needed for cooking, sauna and just to linger. All around, the very relaxing days at the Diemelsee let us come down, especially because we needed a bit of retreat and relaxation over the carnival days. The apartment is very cozy and offers everything you could need (and more). The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed is very comfortable and the small electric fireplace makes the living room extra cozy. The hosts can always be reached and provide all kinds of information and small surprises. Surroundings is quiet and offers great hiking opportunities. All around good and perfect for a getaway :)

Till is a great host and really really helpful with personal request. I thank him for that.. His place is walkable from train station but located in a peaceful location. Great place with great amenities.. wonderful host and wonderful place.. would certainly stay again next time.. Thank you and I highly recommend it.

Spacious, yet cosy. Easy parking and self check in. Nice and quiet and very clean and comfortably furnished. We didn’t stay for long, but one could wash and dry laundry and looked to be a great kitchen to cook in. Great art museums and beautiful parks. Lots of walking trails right outside. Phillipe's place was beautiful. A quiet location with a fantastic view to relax. Apartment was as stated in the description and very clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped. In addition, there was a very friendly communication. We would come back at any time.

On the arrival day 23.2.2025 the sun shone and we could enjoy our arrival drink on the balcony in the sun. Super. in the apartment there was everything needed, even tea, coffee and spices. The beds were wonderful. So we slept well. There is much to do in the surrounding area, so we certainly didn't get bored.
