There is everything and everything is available ...Swimming pool, A place for barbecue, Fruit trees , the House and in general all around this is Paradise . He will relax to the fullest . Karen is a great host , worthy of an eternal Superhost ! My sincere Recommendations, anyone who wants to spend time in Ideal. The excitement of hospitality is off the charts!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

Khachik’s place is amazing, wonderful and great. We’ve felt like right in home, very cozy, functional, clean and thoughtful design. Khachik is very friendly and understandable host who always responds and ready for help. Me and my friends are very glad that we’ve chose this home for holidays. It’s much better than description and photos. Beautiful lake Sevan in 10 minutes by car as well as monumental mountains. Totally sure that we will return to this place.

Great location, nice clean spacious apartment with nice furniture, great wifi, nice television, close to shopping, opera, great food. Armenia had some of the best food we've enjoyed on our European tour.

We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!

Excellent house, very cozy, and you have everything you could possibly need! Barbecue area, kitchen, bedrooms - everything is even better than in the pictures! The check-in went smoothly and the communication was really nice! And what is great - the hiking routes start right there, so you can enjoy Dilijan's beautiful nature!

Great place to be if you want a retreat to breathe away from the city life and watch the clear skies at night. I would definitely visit again in the spring or summer to be able to hike the beautiful nature around

Amazingly spacious yet cozy villa with fully equipped amenities. It is so well heated where even the floors are warm. Always hot water was available for 6 adults and 3 kids to shower anytime. Anush put a Christmas tree when we asked for it and she let us check out late as well. Overall, it's a great place for a vacation with family and friends. Will definitely book again if we ever go to Tsaghkadzor again.
