Cottage vacation rentals in Arkansas

Patti was amazing, the cottage was PERFECT and we were able to feel right at home. It is walkable to downtown and you should 100% listen to her recommendations. She will provide you with a labeled map, and she even brought over english muffins and delish jam for a couple of easy breakfasts! We will be back for sure. (To really fully enjoy please take a look at the art in the cottage as the story behind most of it will melt your heart)

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. It was perfect for our anniversary weekend! We spent a lot of time on the dock and it was so beautiful and peaceful! It was Very clean and the bed was so comfortable! Kitchen had everything you would need as if you were at home! Host was very responsive and friendly! If they will have us again, we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for the 3 of us. Our trip included a lot of walking, shopping, restaurants, and an enjoyable hot tub to relax in after our adventures.

A great weekend getaway with my husband! Private and extremely quiet atmosphere. We came during tornado and thunderstorm weather and the host made sure to check on us! Will definitely stay again and will recommend to my family and friends!

Kathy’s cabin was a nice get away for my husband and I. The cabin was very clean, nicely decorated, easy to find and comfy. My favorite part was sitting outside on the patio, ( the most comfortable outdoor furniture) and using the hot tub. The hot tub is probably one of the nicest I’ve seen at a AIRBNB. Kathy is extremely helpful and friendly. I’d recommend and go back.

This place was absolutely beautiful and such a cozy home. Kristi was responsive and the communication was great. She even let us check-in a couple hours early since the place was vacant the day before. The only con was the hot tub needed a part ordered and it wasnt going to be installed until after our trip ended. My gf and I were not able to enjoy it the first night. However, it started heating up and it work the rest of our trip! This also was not a damper on our vaction, as we decided to extend our stay for another night because we liked it so much! I brought some poles and we fished off the private dock, enjoyed staying in while it stormed and rested in the hot tub at night. All of her TVs were connected to all the streaming platforms, making movie nights an ease. I would love to come back during the warmer months to enjoy the kayaks they provide, as it was too cold to enjoy them.This place was very much worth it and we had an amazing time. Thank you for the great memories we made!

This place is close enough to town to walk. Beds were comfy, towels were soft, and there were plenty. Margie was very responsive any time we messaged. The only draw back was the dining table in the picture was different than what was there. Only a small bar height table was inside and couldn't fit four people for breakfast. We didn't try the hot tub. Again, love the location, and if you aren't a big cook, this place is great.

The place is beautiful and very peaceful. Ginger and her husband were very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough. We hope to come back again.

This is our second time staying at the Baker. As we travel home to Indiana from Texas, this location is a half way mark and a convenient place to stop and get some rest. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance which is an added bonus. The cottage has off street parking which in the city is very convenient. The cottage is comfortable and well appointed. I would highly recommend the Baker!

We LOVED our stay at Iris and Sam’s home. Every detail was intentional at making feel welcome and comfortable. With unexpected rain, Iris left umbrellas for us to use. We especially loved the VERY comfortable beds. My daughter loved the futon! We will definitely be back for a longer visit!

Hattie's place is cute and has a wonderful back yard. our dog loved investigating the yard and having a place to walk around.

Great stay in Charles' cozy cabin. Close to lots of hiking and outdoor activities in the Buffalo River area. The house was good size and very private. Lots of room for a group of friends but would also be great for a family. Highly recommend. Be advised there is no wifi - this was no problem for us but don't plan to do any remote work while there.

Easy to find, comfortable house central to all the beauty North Arkansas has to offer.

The home is beautiful and wonderfully situated near the city. The home is charming and the hostess is simply the best. Will definitely be coming again soon.

The house was great! Garrett was an amazing host. He was very responsive with any questions that we ask. My daughter and I felt very safe at all times. It was a home away from home!

Clean, bright house close to activities. The kids loved the arcade, we loved having a central base to explore the area.

Alison & Bill are so friendly & responsive. Alison called once we requested to stay at their airbnb & let us know what time they could get out there to set the lock. We ended up meeting there around the same time & they took the time to give us a tour & show us amenities we could use for our crystal finding/cleaning. They supply the home with everything you’d need plus! They updated us with things to do around town & have great resources in the airbnb to find even more places to go, see, do & eat. 12/10! If we’re ever back in the same area, will definitely stay again!

Lovely place and not far from the hiking that we enjoy doing. It was private and they had friendly ducks and friendly dogs that came to visit us. I would definitely recommend.

Susan's place is near the end of a private drive on a big hill with a beautiful view of the lake (at least before trees all leaf out). We were glad we didn't run into anyone coming the other way since the road is one-way. The lake is not accessible on foot due to private property. We never saw anyone else and did not feel there were privacy issues. There's a screened-in porch and place to sit outside as well.

great stay as always. so relaxing good fishing . awsome view from the deck. hate we had to leave, but we will be back.

Stu's place was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the privacy in the rural setting that this charming little house provides. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Absolutely LOVED this place, and the host was terrific. I was actually somewhat disappointed I had to move on as I would have loved to stay longer!! This was exactly as described, comfortable down to the last detail. Peaceful wooded area was just amazing.
