Thankful for help from the security guard when we arrived. After arrival and getting in, everything was fantastic!

Everything was perfect with Jung's home. Location was quiet, check in was easy and the place was spotless. The only minor complaint I had was there were no regular sized washcloths, only regular towels and hand towels. Even with that minor inconvenience I still rate the entire experience 5 stars. If I ever come to Phoenix again alone I will be staying at this spot.

Jays was a great host! The unit was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and neighbors. Enjoy the pools and workout areas. Short drive to shopping centers and restaurants. Will definitely rent from Jay again.

Ross's place was great. The unit was comfortable, well appointed and clean. Ross was so welcoming and friendly, definitely apprecaited the warm welcome and the send off with some fantastic banana bread!

Great place to stay in Kingman as a singe or couple. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. Place was well kept and I felt very safe.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described. Things were dated but clean and neat. Plenty of room for two people. The area felt very safe, it was quiet and there was a grocery store within walking distance. The location was central to everything we did with nearby easy on and off the 51. Rachel was a great host and checked on us. She provided clear checkin/ out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

I had an incredible stay at Amir’s place! From the moment I booked, he was extremely responsive and attentive to all my questions and needs. Whether it was about check-in details, local recommendations, or any other inquiries, Amir’s team always replied promptly and with helpful information. The property itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a very high-end residential area. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe enough to walk my dogs at 5 am and after my shift at 7:30 pm. It’s clear that Amir’s team puts a lot of effort into ensuring guests have a wonderful experience. Refills on Keurig cups, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided throughout your stay! I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay with a host who genuinely cares about their guests. Thank you, Amir and team, for making my trip so easy!

Perfect location. We did an outdoor workout on the back patio. Cozy space with everything you could need. Will definitely come back!

Definitely worth the price. We were very comfortable, and the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Easy to find with a dedicated parking space. Check in was easy, apartment is well kept and clean. Good supply for dishes, cooking, cleaning supplies. Stacked washer and dryer worked well. Roku TV worked well. Plenty of windows for sunlight. Manuel and his staff were very responsive during our weeklong stay.

Andrew and Jenna were great hosts! They were very kind to be flexible on check-in for us since we were traveling by plane for the first time with our 8 month old. The place had everything we could need to have a comfortable stay for the week. Great, fully stocked kitchen for convenient cooking “at home” as well as laundry appliances for easy use. The neighborhood is close to plenty of places to eat or shop and it is a nice area to enjoy safe walks. We loved this place and would love again the next time we come to Phoenix. Great hosts, great place!

This home is located in the mountains in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a quaint home with beautiful antique decor ! The entire house was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. This home had more amenities than most air b&b places we have stayed in. There’s also nice seating area outside, for warmer weather. I had planned to do some schoolwork on the computer but pages wouldn’t load due to low speed. However, it is mentioned on the listing. I am just mentioning it here incase you are hoping to get work done via WiFi. Eva & Tina were very kind to give us an early c/in and we really appreciated it. They were very responsive and we have nothing negative to say. We highly recommend this home for your next stay.

Very comfortable, roomy apartment. Nice outdoor space. It was convenient to hiking, grocery store, restaurants. We appreciated the quiet setting and the laundry. Alain's recommendations were helpful, as well as the red rocks pass.

My husband and I truly enjoyed this place. It was in walkable distance from the downtown area and breweries. While we didn't hang around the place much due to hiking, it was a cozy place to relax. We loved getting in the jetted tub after hiking to help loosen our leg muscles. Luckily for us we got to experience snow and it was so amazing to set on the couch and watch the snow fall. While snowing we also ventured out downtown to do some shopping since most of the trails were closed. Highly recommend if wanting to stay near the downtown area.

We loved our stay at the Pavoni Getaway! Perfect for a couple. The location was great - walkable to many restaurants, stores, and our favorite - OHSO Brewery - and just a short drive to Scottsdale or Phoenix. There’s a great walking/biking path just steps away from the complex as well that walks through the nearby golf course and neighborhoods. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the patio and the peacefulness of the area. Most days we had the pool to ourselves. All of the residents in the complex were very friendly. The unit was very clean, kitchen is stocked with many spices and dishes/pots/pans/silverware/tupperware. We had everything we needed! We hope to return to Carolyn’s place for a stay again soon :)

Lovely place in a great location. We will stay here again next time we are in Sedona. Back deck, patio and hot tub area were great place to relax after a long hike.

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo - it was very clean, well laid out and the location was hard to beat! A plus was meeting some of the neighbors and having a beer with some other visitors that were also staying in the complex. Really pretty grounds, condo was comfortable and host was top notch so it would be an easy decision to stay here again!

The condo is close to Sabino Canyon. The access to the pool was easy. The king bed was very comfortable.

The Airbnb was very nice. It was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and well equipped. The location was great - close to stores, Starbucks and restaurants. Old town Scottsdale was a 18 min walk. Mayberh was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!! We really enjoyed the stay.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, well appointed and beautifully updated. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the ferry, stores and London Bridge area, which made everything so convenient. Not to mention the view was absolutely perfect. Dennis was incredibly friendly and responsive making sure everything was smooth as well. Would definitely stay here again next time— highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just minutes away from several spring training fields, making it incredibly convenient for baseball fans. It was also in close proximity to Fashion Square Mall, which made shopping and dining options easily accessible. The property itself was well-maintained, and the pool area was a definite highlight—clean, relaxing, and a great spot to unwind. The overall experience was seamless, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We loved our 3 month stay. The property was “as described” and its location to shopping, restaurants, and attractions was perfect. It was delightful to relax on the patio with an unobstructed view of the mountains or at the pool. Pete and Amanda were helpful and responsive. We wished we could have stayed longer.
