The accommodation is simple, but very cozy. Everything works and we had no problems. The caretaker Miguel is very friendly and responsive and the host is helpful and was in touch with me all the time for whatever I needed. The place is beautiful and great for gathering family and/or friends. I would definitely come back!

Great! Beautiful place to rest, very well structured and clean! The house is great, very comfy and wide. The environment brings us a golden age of good times in our lives, I had the feeling that the people who lived there were receiving us because their presence is so strong! The caretaker and the ladies that keep the place are very helpful and friendly! Great swimming pool and leisure area, animals around bring harmony and happiness, dog and cat, rabbit, chickens and ducks, birds, cows! Maintenance when necessary done immediately! Congratulations on everything! Places like this should never cease to exist! Thank you very much.

Wonderful house: beautiful, very comfortable and super-equipped. No negative points. The gym, pool table, pool table and outdoor kitchen made all the difference to have a perfect stay. Highlight for the impeccable cleaning of the space and the hospitality of hosts. I would stay again and I would recommend it to all travelers.

What wonderful days! The site is exceptional for those who seek tranquility, contact with nature with great comfort and structure. We were greeted with affection and attention by Vinícius, a dedicated and helpful host from the first contact, always available to ask questions, provide information and tips, and make sure everything was perfect. We also had the support of Cris, who takes care of the space with great zeal and prepared delicious meals, making the experience even more welcoming. The place is a paradise! Our days were cheered by the presence of dogs, cats, ducks, dwarfs, peacocks, chickens and even toucans – all very docile and polite. We were delighted! The location, near São João Nepomuceno, our family's home city, allowed us to find family and beloved memories again. The union of a welcoming atmosphere, exuberant nature, hospitality and excellent structure made this one of the most special trips we had. We highly recommend and we will definitely return!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood without much traffic. It is about 1.5 km from the city center. The check-in was smooth with the great receptivity of Mr. Davi, responsible for the property. The air conditioning, wi-fi, tv, microwave, stove, fridge, shower, work perfectly. There is access to "open tv" for those who like to be UNINFORMED by them, but in case of streaming, it is enough to have personal subscriptions for easy access. If available at the next Leopoldina Motorcycle Meeting - 2026 - I will return to the city. I recommend the accommodation for everyone.
