Superb cabin close to the sea surrounded by tall trees and sunshine all day. The cabin has a balcony and a spacious roof terrace for dining and relaxing. It is located in an area with nice spots to sun bathe and swim as well as lakes to explore with kayaks or canoe. Nearby there is also a hotel with a bar/restaurant , swimming pool, volleyball court, tennis courts etc. Short way to Risør city by the charming ferry located nearby, or boat which can be rented by a local boat rental company.

Cozy and rural holiday apartment over 2 floors. Bar gate on terrace and inside by stairs 2 double bedrooms, 2 guest beds 90 cm ,as the top is comfortable tempur mattress. 1 bathroom with washing machine and shower cubicle. Large terrace. Gas grill and outdoor furniture. Large lawn. Short distance to the sea and the zoo about 7 km.15 min walk to fishing and bathing area by the sea. Sørlandsenteret is located right by the zoo. 10 km to the summer town of Lillesand and 20 km to Kristiansand.

Idyllic cabin by the water with canoe and kayak.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Great for easy going couples or families. Please note the short steep hike from road up to the cottage. Main cottage and annex bedroom. Bath house with wood fired sauna. Perfekt sted for en liten familie eller alene ved sjøen. Naustet er fra 70-tallet og er bygd på tradisjonelt vis. Her kan du nyte sjø utsikten, ta deg et badet eller ligge i solen. Båtnaustet er enkelt møblert med alt du trenger av kjøkkenutstyr, oppvask håndklær og støv kluter. I tillegg er det dopapir. Naustet er isolert, og det holder en god temperatur selv når vinden blåser. Spesielt vakkert er det på høsten.
