Enjoy a stay at this peaceful place to stay inside the forest at Grimevannet in Lillesand. In this older residence we have kept the old day warm atmosphere that many people greatly appreciate. At the same time, there are moderating aids and a well-equipped kitchen, etc. After a fresh walk outside, make something good in the well-equipped kitchen, watch a good movie and just enjoy the warm atmosphere inside. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Gas grill and outdoor furniture. Large lawn. Short distance to the sea and the zoo about 7 km.15 min walk to fishing and bathing area by the sea. Sørlandsenteret is located right by the zoo. 10 km to the summer town of Lillesand and 20 km to Kristiansand.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Outdoor toilet in seperate small toilet house. This is not a watercloset, but outdoor natural compost. Unique secluded with lake view. Great terrace for calm cosy evenings. Enjoy our rowboat and two kayaks. Canals take you through to lakes and the ocean.

Located 50 meters from the sea in Strømsbuneset which is a quiet and downtown bay just 1 km from Arendal center. Fully furnished with all the equipment. Includes bed linen and towels. Festing is not allowed, as it must be taken into account neighbors. Not allowed with animals.
