Wonderful place! Just 5 points out of 5! The house is only 6 apartments, very quiet and peaceful, there is no elevator, but only three floors, always free parking. Huge balcony along the entire apartment and terrace with furniture. A large grill adds variety to cooking) Great beds with comfortable mattresses, nice linens. A lot of all kinds of dishes! There is also everything you need for the beach, including an umbrella and chairs. There is a heater in case of cold, and two air conditioners in different rooms. Pablo is a very gracious and helpful host! When we checked in, there was a problem with the dishwasher not working. However, he quickly changed it, thank you so much! Your place was very cozy and welcoming! We'd love to come back again!

For me the view and close proximity to the beach was the best part. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Paco is the best host. Kind, helpful, considerate & full of useful recomandation & information.Always answer quick to assist with anything. Could not had a better host.He made us feel very welcome and the kids loved him and how he had preperd their room. Apartment is small and fully equipt, we did not miss anything, we stayed almost 2 full weeks. It's not new but everything is working. Great location. Maybe 15-20 min walk to Santa Pola center (slower with small kids 🤣).Lovely beach just across the street, great breakfast and churros place really close by. Great place to stay with kids, our are 4 & 6, are some toys, both for indoors and beach. The price was a bit more than we first aimed for but we felt it was totally worth it . We were here for christmas but would love to return for summer, great place for beach vacation! Nice neighbourhood too, great place for running/walking/rollerblading since beach walk goes on for ever both directions. Minus for uncomfortable/old chairs & sofa.

The apartment was lovely, and there was a stunning seascape from the big windows. The property had 5 bedrooms and a large common space, so it's a great place for more families and generations. I'd love to come again. Rosa was very friendly and everything went smoothly

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

We really couldn't have chosen better place for our vacation. The house is super good, the airs cooled to top, it is pet friendly, clean and the beach is super close! 100% recommended! ❤️❤️

Alicante / Pedro After a month-long stay in Pedro’s apartments, I can enthusiastically say it is a fabulous place stay and experience Alicante. There is so much to love about his place: it is new, clean, and well equipped. Master bed is spacious and comfortable. The second bedroom is setup well for two kids, making it a great family of four option. The balcony and view are amazing, I spend every day watching the sunset there. We felt right at home staying there, with all the modern appliances, making the extended stay easy. Now, add to that the location, which is just about perfect for Alicante. It is just outside the downtown enough for things to be a little quieter, in a beautiful area with a nice little beach right just steps from your door. The great tram system is out front: 3 stop to city, 5 stop to San Juan beach. There are several restaurants and bars that are easy walks. Grocery stores are a 15 minute walk. We fell in love with the apartment, would buy if I could :).

We had a great time at James's place. The apartment is located in great surroundings in a quiet area, with access and possibility of several activities connected to the apartment. James was quick to respond to any questions that we had and we felt cared for by him. We can definitely recommend this place.

Very nice and clean house. Nicole is a very kind host. Everything worked out very well. The area is nice and quiet, the beach is beautiful, and the house is well-equipped. Would love to stay again.

Stayed here for 5 days and felt right at home. It was so perfect for us as a family and had everything and more that we needed. As we have family in the area, we will absolutely choose to stay here again. Thank you!

Responsive host. An excellent and immaculatly clean house. We very much enjoyed our stay over Christmas and would highly recommend.

The property was just as described. All amenities accurate, comfortable beds. Close to the beach and restaurants as well as groceries. Instructions were clear and the host was very responsive and helpful. The view from the terrace was lovely. They even for warned that there was construction near by but we didn’t have a problem with it. Would go back in a minute.

Very good apartment. Everything is new in the brand new building. Great location just 2 minutes from the sea. We had some issues with the entrance key, it didn't work properly, but the manager of this place came and give us another key that worked better. So it didn't impact our stay. The apartment has everything you might need for a long or short stay. Loved it and will recommend for everyone.

Lovely stay, house was lovely, loved the outside space. Nice pool and very close to the sea. We loved El Campello town, about a 25 minute walk away, buzzing area with great selection of restaurants. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk with trams to Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante is a lovely city and would love to spend some more time there. As for the house, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and great views of the sea. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing and there is plenty of car parking spaces. The neighbours who I think all live in the complex were all very friendly. Would recommend the house and the area and would certainly consider going back. Thank you Jeroen and Manon.

Amazing apartment in El Compello. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning in the future and recommending to friends and family. Host was great at communicating and so friendly. Apartment is in excellent location. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Top accommodation and hostess!!! Everything was just perfect. On the next visit to Alicante we will not book another apartment! Mayte was/is a great hostess. The place was very clean. The general services (sheets, washing machine, dishwasher, towels, etc.) were also really great. Very clean place. This is how you want an apartment. Absolutely great location, covered parking, enclosed apartment complex, with park-like pool area. The furnishings were really nice and familiar. We loved the stay. Location: quiet yet central, right on the very beautiful beach. Good restaurants and bars along the beach during the day.

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.
