Vacation rentals with beach access in Åre Municipality

Anette was very helpful and quick to respond. The place is at a good location for hikes, skiing, dogsledding.

Great accommodation right next to the lift, which is the first one to open in Åre at 8am. It was nice to have locker rooms and facilities for skis and luggage in the house, that can be used before and after checkout. There are toilets and a shower outside the apartment on the same floor as well. The apartment is very cosy but still had enough space for 7 people.

We spent the sports holiday week in Malin's cabin. Everything was to your satisfaction, the location was great with ski in/out, and a great view from the kitchen and living room! The accommodation was very well equipped, it has everything you need and would expect! We can highly recommend this home!

My family really enjoyed staying in Lisa and Carl's apartment. Everything is brand new and very modern. My kids loved the triple bunk bed too. It was also a convenient location that is very close to the slopes of Åre. Lisa and Carl were really accommodating with my requests and were quick to reply to my questions. I would definitely stay with them again next time my family visits Åre.

We are so glad that we extended our stay at Joakim and Anna's place. Will definitely come back to stay when we come back to Åre. Thank you for hosting us.

Amazing way to enjoy the ski slopes of Åre. Brilliant layout of a ski in, ski out apartment a few steps from the lift VM8 with all needed amenities and more. Really responsive and friendly hosts.

The fridge and freezer may not echo empty as a hotel mini bar, and you may get to improvise if you are on the hunt for a coffee maker. But that's exactly what makes it so wonderfully homey! The surroundings are nothing but magical. Celebrating New Year's Eve here, far from the banging of the fireworks and with a plot where the dogs can run free, is like stepping into a quiet and cozy bubble. The crackling sound from the fireplace, the crackling heat after a long walk, and the endlessly beautiful starry sky – all this makes the experience absolutely unforgettable. So if you want to replace glitter and glamour with nature and proximity, this is the place for you. It's not perfection, but it's real – and that's exactly what makes it perfect.

Spacious appartment/house. Only 5 min Walk to start of ski tracks

We had a very nice stay at the house. Great living spaces that invited board games, cooking, and socializing. The house has a nice decor with good secluded bedrooms. Communication with the host was very smooth. We can highly recommend this home!

Sofia was very helpful and communicative and the apartment is great. The location is nice and you can walk to the piste. However, the skibus and local bus stops are too far away to walk with children.

We had a good week with family. The view from the house is beautiful, we were able to enjoy the pretty winter lights on the frozen lake and the snowy landscape. We loved this quiet and peaceful place. Amanda and Olle are very welcoming and friendly.

Perfect distance to the slopes. Perfectly sized accommodation for a group of five friends. Shops and restaurants are also located nearby. The slopes, shops and restaurants are close by. Property of the appropriate size.

Annika and the accommodation was super good, except we got the code to the apartment about 20 minutes after arriving. However, I think this is a one-time mistake.

An absolutely amazing place to stay. Spacious and modern. In the middle of the mix close to grocery stores, restaurants and nightlife. The only minus was that it was further to the lifts than we had expected so it was difficult to walk in ski boots, etc. Otherwise, there is no whining on! Thank you for a wonderful weekend, can really recommend staying here if you want a quiet and relaxing environment focused on skiing. Arrivederci ⛷️
