House is great, clean, and was able to accommodate our group of 10+ people. Host was very responsive. Great property.

Such a beautiful home. Exactly like description and photos. Great location, 2 minute drive to Walmart and Costco. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall great experience and would love to stay again.

We had a very comfortable stay in Ashley's place. The house is even nicer in person than the pictures. We didn't spend much time in the house due to our busy schedule and limited time in Sacramento on this trip, but it seemed that the house had everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Sacramento, and hopefully have more time to enjoy the home's amenities.

The host was VERY accommodating, we needed a place to stay long term near the hospital, this was it! We couldn’t have had a better host or place to make us feel welcomed and safe! The duplex was very well furnished, clean and enough room! It was CLEAN! Great backyard and quiet neighbors.

Our stay at Mona’s house was wonderful. She was very responsive and nice enough to let us have guests over. She responded in a timely manner. The place is spacious and clean. Lots of basic necessities available if needed. Good and clean neighborhood. Loved our stay there!

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay! The amenities made it easy to relax and feel right at home. We were planning to just share the main bed, but Rachel was so gracious to provide a second bed in the living space which my sister said was equally comfortable. At check in Rachel was there to walk me through everything; It took the guesswork out it. We both agreed we would definitely stay there again in the future 💜

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

Everything in the listing is perfect. The bathroom ceiling a little low but it doesn’t take away that this is a great place to stay at. I will be staying here again.

Property conveniently located close to shopping. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very nice floor plan. Appreciated being able to park in the garage which was helpful during the rain. Host quickly responded to our communication and resolved all issues.

We were able to book Jimmy’s place last minute to attend a funeral. Jimmy was responsive to the request and very accommodating. The location of the home is in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood and check-in instructions were easy and clear to follow. We had lots of space for everyone!

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue. Our stay at Jessicas was pleasant and very homie. The home had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. Great neighborhood with parks. It was very easy to get to and near the highway but far enough to not have traffic. Thank you and I highly recommend her home!

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

If you’re looking for an incredible “experience stay” this is the place! Built to entertain family and friends, all who walked through the door felt immediately at home and in awe of this property. We didn’t want to leave!!! Some family genuinely wished it was for sale! While the photos are stunning it still doesn’t do the incredible scale and comfort of this property and home justice. No detail was missed! I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again in the summer but it did make an ideal luxury rental for Thanksgiving. Thank you Kolesar family!
