Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Arbatax

My stay at Giuseppina’s house was just perfect! She was very accommodating regarding my late arrival at her house and welcomed me warmheartedly. She had such a congenial positive aura and bubbly character. I felt at home easily. The house was more than well equipped and Giuseppinas even generously left me milk and her relatives personally baked cookies which tasted just awesome. Needless to say the mountainous scenery around is the cherry on the pie! I can recommend her place without exception and plan to come back when hiking in the area. GRAZIE MILLE CARA GIUSEPPINA ☀️🧡

Home near Santa Maria Navarrese with easy parking in front of the house. The village can easily be reached on foot. The exteriors of the house are really very nice with a special mention on the roof terrace to enjoy the December sunrise. Off season there are zero neighbors so it is very peaceful. Departures from the hiking trails are within walking distance from the house or by car. The house is appreciated for its exterior as much as for the interior. You just have to know that the shower is not wide for large sizes, which was the case for my spouse, but the hot water. We used the air conditioning to heat the house in the evening because we were there in December which is more than enough. On the other hand, you have to remember to cut it off before cooking so as not to blow the power. But the electricity board is on hand which is less burdensome. We were going back to Massimiliano's place happily.

The apartment is very nice, very welcoming and warm (we were at the beginning of January), as was the warm welcome. Camilla and Piera are two exquisite people, extremely hospitable and kind. Although for a short while (we already had other plans), we had a great time. Looking forward to coming back and staying a few more days. Austis is a very nice village in central Sardinia. With a car available, or even bicycles (which can be rented on site), you can make wonderful excursions in the middle of the barbaric nature. In addition, the location is highly strategic to reach the two west and east coasts. A stay of great quality, needless to say: highly recommended.

Daniela's house is great. We felt very comfortable. The sea is only a 5-minute walk away, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets...all within walking distance. Everything you need is available in the house. The terrace invites you for nice (barbecue) evenings. Daniela is an amazing host. She gave us many offers for things to do and we could always ask her anything at any time. We will definitely be back!

Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

We were (3 friends) for climbing and hiking in Baunei and felt very comfortable in Elias apartment. Especially the very large terrace with the amazing view has always delighted us. There is a supermarket and bars and restaurants nearby. All within walking distance. We would come back.

Mario was an excellent host, always within easy reach, very helpful and friendly. Check-in was hassle-free with a lockbox. Location was great. Tertenia is easy to reach and the beach nearby is very nice for children. We will be happy to come back. Shopping was within walking distance.

Fabio & Laura were very responsive to messages, and made recommendations for restaurants & places to visit in the local area. The apartment was very neat & tidy, with plenty of space for our family of four. The outside space was a real bonus with beautiful views of the mountains. The location was great, and shops, restaurants & the beach were within walking distance. We had no problems parking outside. The only slight issue that we had was the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times, but the hosts explained that they were awaiting fibre upgrades in the area. Thankyou for the water, beer & biscuits on arrival! We would happily stay here again.

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.

We had a pleasant time at Barbara's place. The apartment is in a great location. it is ideal for a family of 4. Barbara was always responsive in answering our questions and was lovely. We strongly recommend

Paola is an extremely friendly host, and so is her family. Her mom is the sweetest, and I although my Italian is limited, we were able to communicate just fine (they live downstairs). She baked a delicious lemon cake and brought to me one morning. The place is very peaceful, and close to the main street where you find lots of restaurants and shops, MD supermarket right around the corner. Beautiful beaches 8min by car. The room is very spacious and the place is very bright, you can park right in front of the house and it is a very calm and safe street. The place has pretty much everything, including supplies (soap, toilet paper, sugar, salt, laundry detergent, paper towel, etc) which is a big plus. I only had a small issue with wi-fi since it wasn't suitable for home office. But Paola was very accommodating and flexible with my check-out and I am very grateful for that!

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Wonderful villa with spacious outdoor area. The heated pool, table tennis table and foosball are a highlight for children. The view of the mountains is magnificent and you have your tranquility, as the Ville is a bit remote.

We had a great time at Sergio's place. It is around a 10-minute car ride from the beach and in a quiet and private area. The terrace is especially lovely.

A lovely and perfect clean house, the garden is perfect in shape. You can feel the love the owners put into the place. There is a very good beach 800m down the road. 1,5km down the road you find osalla beach that is better for very small kids that can‘t swim. A pier is protecting from the waves here. In Orosei you can find everything you need. Very helpful and friendly hosts

Beautiful view with private beach access to a little bay. Very spacious apartment and very well maintained garden. We also appreciated the dishwasher. Sandra and Antonello were very friendly and helpful and easily accessible for questions.

A stunning few days in the mountains with friends. We had five couples across the five bedrooms which all had their own bathroom. The villa itself is beautiful, and the view from the pool of the mountains is gorgeous. The whole place is spacious, clean and thoughtfully decorated. The delicious wines on the wall were an added bonus! We also went to an amazing local restaurant which was only a 4 minute drive away. Easy 25 minute drive to Cala Ganone for hiring a boat and seeing the crystal clear water. The lovely groundskeeper gave us fresh eggs from the chickens when he took out the bins and cleaned the pool each morning. Would definitely stay again :) The perfect secluded spot for a getaway with friends!!

Antonio's house is very well maintained, with spacious, nicely decorated rooms, two large terraces and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the Oddoene Valley. At the same time, it is just a stone's throw from Dorgali, so supermarkets, bars, shops and the city center are close by. But you don't hear anything about the city traffic. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. But the host was even better than the house: We had a minor medical emergency right from the beginning of our stay, and Antonio was immediately on hand and took care of everything touchingly, organized a doctor's appointment, drove us back and forth and asked about us several times afterwards. A super superhost! :) We will be happy to come back and can only recommend Villa Isportana.

Our stay at Villa Biderrosa was perfect! The lake and the mountain views are simply breathtaking. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need, the small private beach by the lake is simply magical, and there is a beautiful beach close by. My family and I had a wonderful holiday, we only wish we could have stayed longer!
