We felt at home 😍🏠 We hosted this house for 25 days (myself and husband), we felt at home, quiet neighborhood, I went to the market, bakery and berry walking. Everything is extremely functional, I cooked every day and has all the necessary utensils, bed and bath linens as well. The host was super attentive and helpful, especially to Mr. Luis and Dona Salete who are neighbors, and have always offered us help. The house is very nice and comfortable, I highly recommend!

The house is very well equipped, with several leisure options that pleased everyone, from children to adults. The atmosphere is super cozy and quiet, ideal for resting and enjoying family moments. The location is also great, with a market close by, which makes it much easier for any need during the stay. A special highlight goes to the host, Maristela, who was extremely attentive and helpful. She was always available to answer our questions and make sure everything was perfect for our stay. I recommend and without a doubt, we will be back as soon as possible!

For the second time, my family and I were looking for Iara to stay in Joinville. A friendly, helpful and agile host. The house is large, everything was neat and clean, with bath towels and bedding, as well as blankets at our disposal. The outer area is all fenced, with lawn what I the town hall is very quiet about the stay as it was with my puppy. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the bakery, pharmacy, market. The access to the space as we were by car was quiet to arrive, and to the downtown by the br as well. Check in and check out were very simple.

The stay was excellent. The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room/kitchen, which allowed our comfort on these hot days. Large bathroom with a good shower. The heated pool is large, with good depth, clean, which has provided us with fun and relaxation. Luiz was very attentive and his instructions are accurate, practical, enabling easy check-in and check-out.
