Flat is at the Nayath's Serviced Apartments a.ka Chalapathi Towers. If you are coming by bus or train, every Auto drivers knows this place easily by saying the same of the place. Mr. Swaroop was friendly and shared the location details . Check-in was smooth with flexible time. Executive at the reception (Mr. Shiva & Mr. Sai) were super polite and helpful. They explained the amentites available at the flat and gave restaurant suggestions for food. We as a family of 6 members checked in and everyone was very comfortable with the flat stay of Mr. Swaroop's. He even followed-up for any help in our stay. Felt like home and checked-out smoothly. Thank you Mr. Swaroop for providing a neat and comfy stay. Kindly maintain the same !

This place is perfect to stay in Tirupati if you are visiting Tirumala. I prefer to stay in the Tirupati rather than Tirumala, mainly because of the quality of the cottages and lack of amenities available on the hill. My stay at this location was enjoyable, very prompt and responsive host, and a humble care taker. Like all other towns in India, you cannot avoid the noise of the vehicles and honking on the roads, but it does quiet down during the nights. They have a ifi with good speeds to work as well. On the whole a pleasant experience. I recommend if you are visiting this part of the country.

The host and staff are friendly, flexible, and responsive. They helped us to check out bit late. The place is very comfortable and the location is fairly close to the Tripathi station. I would strongly recommend his place.

I had a really hassle-free experience at this beautiful house.. host is just superb plus the caretakers took care of everything we wanted and were very responsive.. felt like home .. for me it was ten on ten experience 💯

10 mins to bottom oh hill entrance to Tirumala (30 mins drive up the hill to Tirumala temple). Host kind to accomodated our special request. Overall good base camp to go to Tirumala and the beautiful Padmavati Ammavari temple

Very pristine property well maintained close to tirupati mandir..spacious…definitely gonna recommend…! Spcially if some one is travelling from outside….
