Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Apennine Mountains

This is a well put together apartment with amazing views! It’s located outside the main town but it is easy to reach town, we walked down and got the bus back most days. Vito and his family were most welcoming, Vito took time to gives us local tips and provided basic groceries which was a lovely touch. Overall a highly enjoyable stay.

Carlo's apartment is very well equipped to spend a good stay, it is very quiet to rest. The instructions were very clear to get in and out. It is in a neighborhood that allows many activities by walking and close to public transport (metro, funicular and buses). Surrounded by restaurants and shops to buy what you need. Totally recommended to stay in Naples. Carlo is always very attentive!

The accommodation fully matched the description and photos. Check-in and check-out were easy. The view from the roof terrace was great. It was very clean and there were drinks in the fridge for us on arrival. We especially liked that there was workout equipment. The only negative thing we can say was the neighbors' rooster, which unfortunately woke us up every morning at sunrise.

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend(4 adults plus a dog), and we could not be more satisfied with our choice. The apartment was perfectly clean, well-furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the city and its surroundings. A big thank you to Fabrizio for his hospitality. He was always available and ready to help with any questions or requests. Thanks to him, we felt right at home from the start. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Perugia. We look forward to coming back!

Mirko is an excellent host! The apartment is in an excellent location and Mirko took great care of us. He met us upon arrival, stocked the fridge so we’d have some snacks after a long travel day, and was immediately responsive throughout our stay to any questions we had. I can’t say enough good things about Mirko and his apartment; it’s in a perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops, and is absolutely charming. You can’t go wrong renting from him; would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, short walk to Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. Comfortable beds and very convenient with the elevator! The projector was really cool too.

Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the little house, although arranged on three floors, is cozy and gives a familiar feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

Véronique is very welcoming and the apartment is very nice. Quiet and peaceful place. I recommend it.

The villa is in a lovely spot in the hills, very close to some nice towns and beaches. It was very well equipped and beautifully designed. The only downside was that due to the position in the hills, you don’t get any late afternoon / evening sunlight. We had a great stay overall.

Quite simply perfect spot for a quiet luxurious stay on the beautiful island of Ischia we had a wonderful relaxing few days with excellent recommendations from out host. Would definitely recommend this exquisite apartment for a taste of la dolce vita. Would love to come back again…

We found the apartment perfect for a seaside vacation. The short way to the beach is just great. There is everything you need nearby, groceries, restaurants, umbrella rental…. Many thanks to Karen&Giacomo for the valuable tips on visiting Rome, the beach and staying here in the apartment, you are very committed to making sure your guests are well. That's wonderful. Our family really enjoyed staying here, it was a bit like a home of their own. The apartment is absolutely clean, super stylishly furnished and has a beautiful sea view that you can enjoy at any meal. We would very much like to recommend this apartment to others. We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

I can not say enough good things about this place! This has been my best stay in Italy so far! The place is very big and very roomy and the hosts are amazing! They always respond in a timely manner and they made sure I was comfortable. The Airbnb is beautiful and the location is fantastic! Close to food spots and the beach so would be great for summertime! Amazing amenities, would 1000% stay again!

The apartment is really beautiful and comfortable, the view is very nice, a stone's throw from the sea and the jacuzzi is the gem. Perfect for a romantic stay. Federico is an attentive and professional host, we will definitely be back.

Very nice apartment. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Everything you need is in the apartment. A nice bonus is a capsule cabinet-machine and coffee capsules, as well as goodies. Rachele is very responsive. Provided many helpful hints. Recommended. We were a family with 2 kids.
