House vacation rentals in Apalachicola

From my original first ever Airbnb booking in June to my stay in December/January Laura was very communicative and had super fast responses to all my inquiries. The home was all it’s advertised to be and more!! My family was very comfortable in the space and everything we could need was there. The area is very peaceful with all the action just down the road. She’s not kidding when she says the kitchen is a chefs dream!! It has everything you could possibly need and it’s all of great quality as well!! We thoroughly enjoyed preparing meals on the damp days and just hanging out together in the beautiful space! The kids enjoyed the heated pool and the close beach access is perfect!! I would give Laura 10 stars if I could!! She’s fantastic!!

We absolutely loved this home! It was 15 mins away from Beach access which was absolutely perfect. It came with all the necessary accommodations. Would absolutely stay there again!!!

This place was beautiful. My family and myself had a great time here. It was cozy and comfortable and we were able to even check in earlier than expected. Ee would definitely stay here again.

Great place. We had everything we needed a short drive from the beach and parks. And having the dog being allowed was the best. The whole family gets to play!

Esther was a great host! We had 15 people who stayed in her place and we had plenty of room! We had an issue with the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms the day we arrived and she had someone there to fix it right away! She was very helpful with my questions and I appreciated her reaching out after the first night to ensure our stay was going exactly how we expected! I’d recommend anyone to stay here!

The house was just as described!!! Perfect for large family. My husband and I took our 3 grown children, their spouses and our 20 month old grand baby. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel like we had privacy and space. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and the community pool. There is a walkway/bikeway/scooter way to get to the beach that is just down the street from the house. But with the toddler, we found it easier to drive to the public beach access that’s just a short drive away. The walk was shorter since there’s just so much to pack to the beach with a toddler!! The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, a wagon, and beach toys. We did purchase a cheap plastic baby pool that we found very convenient at the beach to keep the toddler contained and in the shade of an umbrella. We left it in the garage for others to use. Just pour a few buckets of ocean water and some toys in it!! The kitchen was well equipped. There was even a bottle of wine!!

Evacuated from idalia after learning we would not have power for weeks. We found refuge there last minute and the time between booking and checkin was within hours of each other. Very responsive very kind. The home was perfect. Lots of room. The separate pool house was ideal for our teenagers. I was so grateful just for power but this home far exceeded that.

Great house, pool house was a great amenity, comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for a large family. Loved the pool, and great outdoor space. Beautiful park only 1 mile away, with boat launch and swimming area with a small beach and nice playground. 5 star.

Everything lived up to expectations. There were a few problematic areas within the home from previous renters that had not been fixed or tended to but I understand it is hard when the home is booked out consistently! The only big issue in my opinion was the dusty air return right in the kitchen with no air filter. Other than that everything worked as it should. 2 remotes were missing but each remote worked with every TV so no big deal there. The neighbor was super nice and helpful with recommendations and keeping us informed of water conditions etc. I would stay here again for the hospitality that David displayed to us!

We had a wonderful time. Jamie was so easy and nice to work with. We loved being able to bring the pups and a fenced in backyard was outstanding for them. The beach was literally across the street and the neighbors were fantastic. Highly recommend.

The good everything. The needs addressed, lighting on the stairs in front and back. The bad, nothing. I would defiantly recommend for families, good layout for two families to share. Even has a separate living room for the kids to hang out. Very nice location.

I travel a lot with my kids and our 2 80 pound dogs I’ve never been more impressed with a home like this one it’s very simple but very homey pictures do not do it justice the area is amazing right by a college which makes u feel extremely safe water is everywhere I look it’s so beautiful words do not describe !!!I will definitely put this on our list of places to revisit !!!Thank u Mr.Chuck for allowing our little family to enjoy your amazing home

Brian's place was amazing! This was one of the best homes we have stayed in with Airbnb. The house was exactly as described, we were next to one of the most popular bars and could hear the live music every night, the walk to the beach was less than a minute, and the pool was always heated for us to use. Communication was excellent and Brian was always responsive within a few minutes whenever we had a question or needed the heat turned up in the pool a little lol Brian was also accommodating to the fact that we had dogs which is a big plus as we love to travel with our dogs and we are very grateful that he allowed us to have them there. We will be staying here again when we return!

Responded very quickly to any issues we had. The house was very nice and worked great for us. The view was beautiful could sit on the porch and look out on the ocean. Would recommend to everyone

We PCSed to Panama City and stayed at this air B& B. We felt right at home and extremely comfortable. The hosts are very responsive with anything we asked or needed. They had a lot of items for their guests to use like bikes and beach chair unfortunately we didn’t use them because we were busy and the weather was not beach weather. Great place and great hosts. We left a little Puerto Rico trinket on the guest table with the guess book and Map. 😁

Beautiful house with a unique and private location. Well equipped kitchen and lots of places to hang out and enjoy the expansive views.

We had such a wonderful time at Mike’s place. It’s a perfect location on the calmer east side of PCB near St. Andrew’s state park. Walking distance to public beach access, but most access points nearby also had open parking this time of year. Ammenties include a nesso tent and beach chairs. We loved the nesso tent as we use one on the lake back home in Tennessee for lake days. Mike is a great communicator for any needs. We did have to call the property management to get a new code and Southern Vacation does not allow early check in, but Mike was upfront about that early on. 10/10 would stay here again. You won’t find a better price or cancellation policy.

location location location! This Airbnb was less than 5 min walk to the beach. We traveled with our dog and toddler and this suited our needs perfectly.

Me and my family loved staying here! It’s a super quick walk to the beach and we loved that we were able to use the beach chairs provided by the host. We stayed for thanksgiving and decided to do a non-traditional dinner and used to grill for burgers. Gas was provided for the grill and there was also a fire pit which was great when it got chilly at night. This host definitely went above and beyond at this property which was amazing. We were also able to bring our pups and loved that they had their own amenities! Lourdes is so great and responsive. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Zenghai was so nice. We were evacuating from hurricane Milton and he was so fast with communicating with us. He was kind and made sure he got the property ready for us just in time. We booked last minute and I’m so happy that he was there for us. I don’t know what my family would have done without him.

Tony’s place was an amazing retreat for my family. It was immensely CLEAN. Every single bed, even the top bunks, were so comfortable. It is a quick walk to a beautiful beach. The pool area was our favorite. There are no homes surrounding the property, so you can truly relax in this private setting. We look forward to visiting again!
