Perfect stay in a villa perfectly located in a valley with a great view! Everything is well equipped so you don't miss anything even with small children. Perfect location to visit the southern beaches, in addition to the in-ground pool and super intimate outdoor space. Spotless cleanliness! Thank you to Sandra and Marc for hostingus! I had a great time at this listing. The welcome was warm, the apartment as described, and the perfect location to enjoy the area. Everything was clean and well appointed. Only small downside: the wifi wasn't always reliable, but it didn't spoil my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!

The place is absolutely beautiful, set in the heart of all the area's must-see attractions. Syndra, the host, is very kind and gave us great tips for discovering the surroundings. The space was not only very clean and well decorated, but also spacious and comfortable. The pool and the outside were just as splendid, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. It's a great place to stay. Thank you again so much for your hospitality and valuable advice! A practical tip: there are several streets named ''Perrinon'' in the area. The one of Airbnb is located in the municipality of St-Pierre, near the 'Grantomobil', and not in Prêcheur or Case-Pilote.

Welcoming with very appreciable little sweets (planter, bananas, coffee, juice...). Spacious accommodation with all the necessary amenities. The pool is not hot but very nice to relax on the terrace. I would recommend this property for 4 people.

Damien and Sylvia's place matches the descriptions and photos visible on the site. Very quiet location, practically no traffic, being located in a cul-de-sac. No problem with parking. The kindness of this couple and their responsiveness to the slightest worries is without measure. We enjoyed it very much. We even had Christmas decorations in the home from Damien. A small fact sheet about doctors, hospitals, pharmacists and various nearby shops in the apartment could be helpful in case of any problems. A small negative, which is not the responsibility of the owners and is relatively known in the islands, is the connection via the phone networks. At certain times it is fine and then suddenly it is reduced to the minimum see more at all. We wish them to continue to rent for a long time, because they deserve it given the quality of the product offered.

Accommodation as per photos and description, great location with beautiful sea views and close to the beach. Big plus for hosting at the top of the hosts who made us feel at home! I'd recommend it!

We had a great time with Fabrice, who welcomed us as real hosts, was always attentive and ready to help or advise. The accommodation is well insulated from the rest of the house and private access makes you feel at home. Our living space during the stay was of course the covered terrace and pool, with the unobstructed view of the ravine, surrounded by lush and pleasant vegetation. You will sleep quietly, with the fresh air conditioning, lulled by the singing of nocturnal animals. The location is ideal to access the surroundings of Schoelcher and Fort de France while enjoying the calm, in the pleasant comfort of a accommodation offering all the comforts needed for the holidays. We recommend staying with Fabrice you will not be disappointed, we will be happy to come back on a future stay.

The place was perfect for our family with 2 kids. It is clean, the amenities are perfect, the terrace is very good for eating out. 10min walk to the city center by the sea.

Great stay at Isabelle's. Amazing view, impeccable accommodation and very well equipped. We had a wonderful stay in Saint Anne with our 2 children aged 3 and 5. I would 100% recommend!

It's amazing that it's such a difference between arriving at the house and opening the door of the apartment. The house sits on a roundabout where there is a lot of traffic. But as soon as you enter the house, you won't hear about it! You open the door of the apartment and the direct view of the sea is just OMG!!! A fantastic view! The apartment was clean, Cynthia can be reached at any time. We had brought our snorkeling clothes and were a little disappointed that the jetty, the only access to the sea, was broken. In the apartment you absolutely need a car, there is no supermarket within walking distance. This was not a problem for us, we had a car that can also be parked comfortably in the underground car park and was very close to the apartment. When the dock is repaired, it is definitely a dream apartment and a recommendation from us. We enjoyed the tranquility, view and privacy!
