Great spotless apartment with all the amenities!Next to New beach, parking was very convenient for us. New elevator and renovated entrance. Quiet room, gas heating and large bathroom. I recommend it with my eyes closed

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was kind, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was well-maintained and they left thoughtful gifts. The host was really nice. It is ran by a son and his father. The father met us right when we showed up which was a relief. Getting inside was easy, and the place was super clean. It easily felt like home. Loved the balcony very spacious, and the kitchen was easy to use. My only recommendation is to get a foldable mobile drying rack.They have a clothing line outside on side balcony, but when it was windy we were concerned of using it. Plus when it rained we wouldn’t be able to use it. Overall amazing place to stay! Thank you for having us.

Great location very close to the centre. The apartment is on a well decorated terrace which gives you a 360 view of the city while the apartment itself is squeaky clean and very beautiful with its interior decoration as well as the available amenities. Finally and importantly, the host has been very helpful and flexible.

3 nice days in SKG for friday & the weekend! Very convenient location as everything including the center or the suburbs for the malls is max 5 to 10 minutes away by bus / metro or car from the apartment. Also liked that most services like pharmacy, supermarket or restaurants are like 500m meter walk away. Main reason I booked it. Aparment is minimalist and comfy (corner sofa), also liked that its not much stairs, and kinda discreet, so you are left alone without having to meet apartment neighbor residents while going in 'n out. Only honest cons / downsides is you gotta figure out the water in the electric panel, behind the door, took me awhile at first but it takes only 10 minutes to get hot. Also the windows should lock a little easier and less moving parts or things hanging on the wall like stronger shelves / racks with things atop that can fall if you hit your head on them by mistake, (I broke a cheap clay incense burner this way) but the host was pretty understanding overall 👌

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

They were very kind and welcoming, on the first day upon arrival, they provided us with important information about the internet restaurant and other things we needed.The house was very clean and we had a lot of fun there.

The location is exquisite, a superb village which is nothing like a traditional rural area. The house is perfect, very clean and cosy. We communicated very well with the hosts too. It was great for relaxing with kids.

Very Central Spot to experience the town by foot. Easy check in and gorgeous flat. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone that wants to stay in the heart of thessaloniki for a few days!

The home was perfectly clean, tidy, and fully equipped with what we needed. The location was central, not noisy as the neighborhood was quiet. We loved that the house had an island style (Cycladic white). The host was impeccable, courteous, gave clear instructions, and responded very promptly. We will definitely prefer it again when we visit Thessaloniki again.

Ideal for parties and organizations

Very beautiful space, spotless and new! Delightful decor and the apartment had exactly what is required! The parking inside the property provided the safety that needs, strong heating and always hot water. The location of the apartment had a great view and even though this is in a residential area provided the requested quiet. The host is friendly and extraordinarily helpful! Highly RECOMMEND!

The room was very clean and modern In a very nice location. We booked it last minute as we didn’t like the first room we had booked and Mr Anastasios helped us straightaway. We had a very rough day and they for sure made it better.

Hlias was communicative and helpful with any question I had, which isn't always the case with hosts so it was a pleasant surprise to have a host who actually answered the questions I had. The place was nice, there is luggage storage on site which is a big plus if you're arriving early in the morning and want to go sightseeing or if you have some work to do. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The reception and explanation was great. The apartment looked even nicer than on the pictures. The view is really beautiful.

Very beautiful house, clean and very convenient and close to AHEPA hospital where I had to be hospitalized. Mr. Christos responded promptly to our questions and was very helpful in everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Very easy check in process due to simple and clear instructions. Very clean and quite spacious. Very clean and had everything we needed during our short stay. It’s in a great location… quiet, lots of restaurants & cafes around, and a supermarket that’s about a minute or two walk away. We also appreciate the great host. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very accommodating & informative. Highly recommend the apartment for anyone visiting the beautiful town of Thessaloniki.
