Family-friendly vacation rentals in Annay-sur-Serein

We were 10 children and 8 adults.We had a great time,a beautiful house and spacious gardens. The pool was the perfect size for the children but had enough room for us all.We felt we had a legitimate French experience in a local village.Plenty to do in surrounding areas. Cecile was very responsive to my many queries in advance of our trip.

EXCELLENT ! We had an absolutely awesome stay. I have a host as thoughtful as Hanène. We had a surprise birthday party and Hanène was the best accomplice for the party to be a success! Thank you so much! The cottage is superb, perfectly equipped, and very spacious . We were also lucky enough to have a beautiful tree! It was perfect, thank you for everything!

We had a great time at Sabrina and Serge's place. Everything was as described, and the listing in a residential area allowed us to have a great weekend with friends. The gite floor, with its many games and toys, is a children's paradise. Hosts are responsive and have plenty of activities. One regret, our schedule and our children, didn't allow us to enjoy the hot tub! Another time! Definitely recommend!

I recommend it without so much as a second thought, Ralf was very responsive and accommodating. The accommodation was great and the view was amazing. We had an amazing weekend with family at Ralf's thank you very much for the excellent hosting and all the best.

spacious, functional and quiet, it is only the hot tub that does not work too much, it's a shame because we had booked here for this criteria.. The owner was sorry which allows us to accept better and leave 5 stars because otherwise everything is fine.

Great cottage very well equipped for a top WE with friends 😊 (or family), to relax and enjoy calm and nature. Very flexible and accommodating host, very good communication from the reservation to the return of the cottage at the end of the stay. I would recommend it in a second.

If you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil place surrounded by nature, this house is ideal!!! We spent two days with friends including New Year's Eve, everything was perfect to have a good time. We had a fantastic stay at Aurélies house. It’s a family home with plenty of rustic charm, set in a very peaceful and quiet place. There’s a big kids’ room which was perfect for our kids, a trampoline on the garden and a big fire place with plenty of logs. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with plenty of space, this is an excellent choice!

Clara is a very accommodating and kind host. The house is large and the fireplace is really the perfect asset in winter.

We had a great time at Christine's! The kitchen is equipped and has a great view: the morning coffee in the sun was very nice! Small bonus: the cottage has many sunbeds for a quick nap in the sun. Maybe we'll come back one day in the summer to enjoy the pool:) The village is very cute, and we were also able to explore the surroundings: Semur-en-Auxois, Fontenay Abbey, Burgundy Canal, Alésia Museum, etc. We are not bored in the area!

My little girls 2 and 4 years old enjoyed the great cabin bed, as well as the games and the heated pool. In the evening we did chamalow on the barbecue, we had a good night on a comfortable bedding. Nigloland 10 minutes away

We had a wonderful stay with friends in this beautiful home! The space is perfect for hosting large groups, with spacious rooms and charm that makes the place even warmer. The kitchen is very well equipped, ideal for group meals, and the rooms are comfortable. Vikki was very welcoming and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
