Advantages: 1. Conveniently located and accessible, motorcycles can be parked directly on the riding floor. 2. A/A/A/O. 3. Bathroom water is hot enough and the lotus head is strong enough. Cons: 1. Overall, it looks clean, but a lot of small spaces are still dirty.Floor mats, cotton comforters, moldy bathroom tiles, etc. 2. The outdoor air conditioner is running loudly and there will be constant noise as long as the air conditioner is running. 3. The soundproofing of the room is poor... basically, you can hear the sound when you talk next door, and the door is slightly vibrated. 4. Beds and quilts should only be replaced with cotton covers on the exterior layers. There is a small slice of mold on the skin the first night of sleeping. Excellent value for the price! Pros - Great location, 2-min walk away to renowned Chikan Tower (Fort Provintia), and walking distance to various Michelin-recommended restaurants. 15-min walk to Tainan train station. - Multiple bus stops nearby to night markets, Old Town, shopping malls, and more. - Washer and dryer on premise, especially for the fact that dryer is not common in Taiwan. - Super responsive and friendly host who provided helpful local tips. - Top-floor advantage, which doesn't have noise from above. - Multiple locks for safety, from downstairs gate, elevator panel, to unit gates (2 steel gates for the unit alone!). To be clear, this area is very safe. I personally explored/wandered the neighborhood twice at late night without any safety concerns. Cons - Washing machine grey water is discharged into the bathroom floor, hence can wet the floor. - Laminated floor outside of bathroom squeaks, which makes it nearly impossible to stay silent at night on the bathroom trip.

A great stay, the host is very communicative, the environment is clean, warm, thoughtful and green, there is a feeling of coming home, the car space is good, there is beef soup to eat near the walk, you can also get to Anping Old Street, I will have the opportunity to come back and stay again.

Brother is great!CP is very high!The space is cozy and lovely, peaceful in the alley. The small pity: the neighborhood residents sleep and wake up earlier, there will be loud talking at 7am, and then a little bit of mosquitoes at night. Would love to visit again after the comprehensive assessment though.

Had a last minute look for a place to stay over the past year and was worried that it didn't match the photos But it's exactly like the photos, the room is very clean, and it's very close to the city and the CP is very high! Ride or drive can be parked in the attached parking lot on the side, convenient ~ The host also had a lot of small treats in common space for guests to pick up which was very sweet🫶🏻 The floor is a little soft, but acceptable ~ The bathroom is very clean!
