Great place to stay near Clemson. Easy access on first floor. 15 yard walk from parking spot to front door. Place was clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Sharon was a great host. Instructions were very clear. Apartment was very clean. Bed was comfortable and loved the added dual heated mattress pad. Beautiful view of the Lake. Highly recommend. Will return in the warmer months.

We stayed for over three weeks in the "A" apartment. The first pleasant surprise for us was the bright sunlight during morning hours in the sit out. The kitchen was as listed and fully functional. The host was very helpful and communicated clearly. The place has a good couch which doubled up as a bed too (did not give any back aches!). The place and facilities are as listed. Laundromat is around 5 minutes by car from the place. It would be wise to plan that point while renting this place. Thanks to the host for sharing this wonderful place. Our stay for over 3 weeks was pleasant.

Jessica's property was the perfect place to stay while my coworkers and I were in town for work. It was spacious, very clean, and had everything we could have needed. Jessica is a super friendly and responsive host. I'll definitely be reaching out next time I'm in town!

This is a beautiful house with lots of room. We had several families together with multiple kids, and we never felt crowded. It's very kid friendly with a playroom and bunk beds and toys. The backyard was cute for sitting and watching the kids play together. It is in a neighborhood, so anything you want to do in town will require driving.

Wow! What an a charming and cozy cottage this was. From the second you walk in the door you can see and even smell all the special touches Tanna has filled this cottage with. 100+ year old antiques, immaculately decorated yet also modern 'necessities' such as fast internet and a 4K TV for movie nights. I really appreciated having the small things like coffee available, toothpicks, q-tips--things you don't always see in an Airbnb. The surrounding outdoors were so beautiful. Cattle across the street with a donkey you can hear from time to time, cute barn cats wandering around next door, gorgeous sunsets overlooking the yard, all still close enough to downtown as we preferred. Really happy we chose this place!

Just overrall a fanstastic place and Jordan iz such a great host. I did extend my stau and I will this home again in the near future.

Very cute, fully renovated home in a lovely older neighborhood. Worked perfectly to have our extended family near us for Christmas.

The house was easy to find and located in a neighborhood that was nice for walking our dog. The inside of the house was new, clean, clutter-free and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and appliances worked. Our teenage kids really liked the house too. The only glitch was with the WiFi, which did not work at all throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was so thoughtfully put together. We had a rough travel day and the extra snacks were so appreciated upon arrival. Additionally we were so thankful for the 11 AM checkout. Everything was in great working order, easy to find, and super clean. I can’t speak highly enough about Jami’s place. This is from someone who stays in MANY air Bnbs.

We booked on Wed for a Friday-Sunday visit with our clemson student. Robert was very responsive from the get go! The home was very comfortable, we slept great, water pressure was super, we thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace and we and our dog enjoyed a long walk through the surrounding neighborhoods! MOST importantly to us, it was SO CLEAN and SAFE! Hope to stay at Robert’s places in the future!

We just returned from a weekend celebration in Clemson for our son's 21st bday. We had extended family travelng with us to celebrate and see the Clemson vs Duke Men's basketball game. It was a fun weekend and Jessica's condo was the perfect location and setup for our family/friends group of 6. Jessica was very helpful with all my questions even when I got locked out of my AirBnB account by accident. We loved the four bedrooms/baths and the common area and how close it was to campus. Her instructions were clear and she is very responsive. Although we never cooked, she had a perfect setup in the kitchen. I highly recommend and we will definitley rent again from her next year. By the way Clemson beat Duke so that was a great finale to our fabulous weekend. Weather was awesome too. There is a nice BBQ truck just around the corner that we got takeout lunch one day which was really good tht we recommend too. Thanks Jessica! Go Tigers!

Fran’s place was beautiful, spacious, and spotless . We always have a great trip when we stay at her place.

We were grateful to stay in Robert's new place! I am familiar with the complex so I was thrilled to be back to move in my student. It was wonderful to have the space to spread out when moving was stressful. Everything was clean, tidy and ready for us to come in and relax. It was great to be able to access our steaming services in the evenings and to get a few last items washed during our stay with the laundry pods provided. Though we didn't prepare any meals during our short stay, I could tell that the home was well set up with kitchen utensils. We were easily able access the campus through downtown or around either side to avoid the heaviest traffic. There was ample parking to load and unload which was exactly what we needed. I would be happy to stay again in the future! Thank you, Robert!

Caden was very helpful with instructions. His place is very clean and all of the bedrooms have a bathrooms. It is close to Clemson University and to other restaurants and stores. Safe environment and quiet. Nice location would stay there again

We had a great stay visiting our son and going to a Clemson game. The condo was a perfect location and fit our group perfectly.

Such a great place to stay for a family weekend! The space was the perfect size and very clean. Jenielle communicate really well and always provided clear instructions. We will be back and we recommend to anyone!

Slept 5 people very well! The space was cozy and quiet. Enough space for everyone in the living room. Close to downtown Clemson and close to restaurants!
