Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Anderlecht

This apartment is a rare find in Brussels and Amandine is an impeccable host. The place is perfect for one or two people and I would also recommend for longer stays. The location is close to public transportation and shops are in walking distance. Amandine is very helpful, responds immediately and really tries to make it work for her guests. Definitely highly recommended accommodation!

We had a lovely stay! The zone is very nice and comfortable, right next to a bus stop that took you to the city center! It's also between a short walkable distance of the European Parliament and commercial streets, making the location very nice to be in if you want to find alternative places outside the city center!

Will is very helpful and always available. The apartment looks exactly like on pictures, very cozy and clean. Peaceful location very close to different shops, services and some restaurant, also close to the metro.

This place was really beautiful and right in the city centre. Many popular touristic spots were in walkable distance. Surroundings were private and calm. However, the peak of our stay was the communication with the host. Jeremy was very proactive, helpful and flexible concerning check-in, access and everything else. I can definately recommend this place! (But probably also all other listings of the host ;))

We are a family traveling with 2 kids. The kids loved the upstairs bedrooms! The place is close to Brussels, but is quiet out in the country side. We enjoyed touring the nearby abbey and battle of Waterloo sites. Vincent was great! Very responsive and had a lot of recommendations of things to do. We would definitely recommend staying here.

we couldn't fault Zsolt's place. we felt very at home and the place was perfectly located for our needs. And Zsolt was very helpful. we hope to be back and catch a warmer week-end to take advantage of the pool.

Maryam is the perfect host. Very responsive, very helpful and flexible. I can only recommend staying with Maryam. The house is as great as described in the text and as you can see in the images. Very communicative host. The area is great and walkable to Tervuren town center. The house had the basics needed to cook meals, and the washer and dryer worked well for cleaning clothes on a long trip away from home. The house was comfortable, and mattresses were more comfortable than standard hard beds (they felt to have a thick foam layer). Paid charger (22W) for EV/hybrid a few steps away. On our next trip to area, I would definitely look to see if this location is available as a 1st option. Merci Amelie et Aubry!

Anass is a great host. He’s very communicative and his flat is great. I definitely recommend the flat for a longer stay.

Very welcoming, responsive, friendly and flexible host. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought! She gave great advice. Her accommodation was very close to the evening we went and she even offered to pick us up in the morning. If all hosts could be like her it would be perfect. The accommodation was as described, if we were missing something she immediately came to give it.

We had a pleasant stay at Anna's place. Very comfortable and well-located apartment, close to the city center within walking distance. Excellent communication with Anna, very responsive and accommodating.

I had a fantastic week at Lieve's place. The apartment is as described in the photos and is close to public transportation (tram and bus) and a supermarket. The place is immaculately clean, with an excellent kitchen. I felt right at home! Lieve is super responsive to messages and greeted me when I arrived. She accommodated my request for an early check-in due to my flight schedule. She is one of the BEST Air B&B hosts we have ever had. My wife and I will return to Brussels in May and have already booked to stay with Lieve. This is a superb place and you simply cannot go wrong!

We stayed in February-March 2025. Very good apartment, as described, clean, well heated, safe, no cigarette odor in the apartment or in the hallways. Well served by public transport (buses 48 and 54 2 steps). Well soundproofed. Very little traffic noise. Waste management is simplified sinceit is deposited in the cellar. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

The accommodation was very good ,although it is true that the spiral stairs are a little tricky to go up and down. But very well located and very quiet although it was centrally located

I stayed at the appartment for six weeks and had an amazing time while there. Location wise it's great - there are a lot of nice restaurants and bars nearby and the metrostation Louisa is really close. The appartment was really spacious and there was lots of light. The kitchen area had everything needed and the bathroom was huge with a big bath and good water pressure! The appartment was on the third floor with quite a few stairs, so if you're less mobile it might not be for you. The communication with the host was amazing. He's really attentive and made sure that everything necessary was always available. I can really recommend the place for anyone looking for a longer stay.

We spent two nights in Aitor's place. It is a beautiful, clean, high-ceilinged apartment with everything you could possibly need. The beds are very comfortable and the television and Wi-Fi are both excellent. There is no street noise and we slept very well. It is located a short distance from the Metro which is very convenient. All in all one of the best Airbnb apartments we have stayed in and we looking forward to returning. Thank you Aitor!
