We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Bumblebee was an excellent property. Ideal for my husband and I our 2 adult children and their partners .....not forgetting Dave the dog to have a family get together. The property was spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The addition of an enclosed garden, hot tub and outdoor cooking area was great. There were thoughtful additions such as a welcome pack and items for pets. The surroundings were peaceful. Can't recommend highly enough it is certainly somewhere we intend to return in the future.

Hope Cottage was the perfect base to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast. We spent 4 nights with our 2 children and had a wonderful holiday. We loved the hot tub and the wood burner as well as all the other essentials provided for a family break during a cold, wet, winter holiday! The cottage is not overlooked and wonderfully peaceful- a real feeling of quiet, space and calm. Amelia was a great host and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!!

It was perfect for a weekend away with two little boys. the hot tub, board games and great selection of TV channels kept them well occupied, and we managed to get some couple time in too as the place was organised with a bedroom and living space upstairs, so they could do their thing, while we did ours downstairs! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Spacious accommodation in a peaceful setting. Great swimming pool and hot tub on site, and good off road parking. John was a welcoming host and made sure we were comfortably warm despite the bitterly cold weather outside. We didn't make use of the conservatory or garden due to it being autumn and the below freezing temperatures during our stay, but in summer those features of this Airbnb would be a great asset.

Stunning quirky Airbnb with excellent fixtures and fittings; huge feature lounge with day beds if needed and private garden / courtyard. Louise was brilliant with queries and even popped round to sort the coffee machine! The little touches and extras made sure it delivered on its luxury status. Nettleham is beautiful but if you’re staying longer or want a restaurant type meal, Lincoln is easy to get too

From the moment we booked Amber has proven to be an amazing Host with clear and precise instructions along with the feel that nothing would be too much trouble. The welcome feel we got when we entered the property was amazing. Beautiful log fire burning away, underfloor heating and a beautiful welcome pack of goodies were all waiting for us. The property is out of this world and the quality shone all around. We also ventured out to the nearby Griffin Pub which was superb and well worth a visit. Spacious as well as being cosy, also very well equipped, we loved our stay, we just wish it could of been longer.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Old Butchers Shop. If you’re thinking of booking, definitely do!! The property is stunning, very spacious, immaculately clean and equipped with everything you can think of and more. Emma was a pleasure to deal with, making check in and check out seamless and we arrived to some very thoughtful snacks! The property is a short drive from multiple beaches, we had a lovely day out in Wells followed by a takeaway from Eric’s Pizza. Then a trip to Burnham Market for Sunday lunch before returning home. It really was a fabulous stay with the family. We’d highly recommend and look forward to returning!! Thank you for having us!

We wanted a last minute getaway and reached out to a couple of hosts and Mel responded quickest! The place is lovely and homely. You need to use the What Three Words App to find the premises as postcode would not have been specific enough and it is set all by itself and you could easily drive past, but that was all well explained in advance. The cottage is nicely located equally between the beautiful city of Lincoln and the stunning eastern coastline. There was just the two of us but would be great for two couples as both bedrooms have en-suites. We would come again.

Another amazing stay. We just keep coming back and back. It honestly is a home from home. Fiona is a truly wonderful host who really wants her guests to have a great stay. She goes above and beyond to make that stay wonderful including little extra for us and the dogs too. I absolutely love coming here, and we are booked again for the summer. Cannot wait to come back.

Amy was friendly and helpful. Felt at home as place was warm and cosy. Tight spiral staircase to bedrooms which was a novelty... kept puppies downstairs as they didn't like it! 😁 Tesco food delivered OK. Everything is spotlessly clean. TV awesome and sofa very comfy but need to roll out as it's low.... OK for young fit people 😆 Enjoyed the stay even though we were in middle of stormy winds etc. Garden is perfect and secure for doggies 🐕 and location is peaceful. Thanks Amy 🤗

Barbara and her husband were excellent. They truly went above and beyond, furthermore they’re clearly just really nice people. I’d highly recommend staying at their property! Note: Do read their listing carefully and bring cash (ideally change) to heat the property. This costs ~£1 an hour and is definitely needed in the winter. Still a million percent worth the stay though. Thank you so much.

lovely cottage and beautiful surroundings. The perfect peaceful getaway and a pleasant stroll into nearby Louth. Saw deer and owls. Gorgeous St Andrews church across the road. Perfect helpful and friendly hosts.

A beautifully cosy & homely cottage for our New Year break away with our girls, friends and pooches! The girls loved the secret twin bedroom! Having a secure, enclosed garden meant we could let the dogs out without worry. Amanda was friendly and responsive - thank you!

Little Walk Cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. The views from the conservatory are lovely. The house is warm and cosy even on the coldest nights. The bedrooms are spacious. The lounge and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

Sarah was a wonderful host- the cottage was gorgeous with everything you could possibly need for a cosy and comfortable stay. She even left thoughtful extras to make us feel welcome. Our dog Frida hardly moved from the lovely dog bed she left for us too! We would definitely stay again ♥️

This stay was massively important to me, as it was for my groomsmen and I to spend the night before my wedding. Simon & Charlotte couldn't have been more responsive and accommodating, and really put me at ease at every point. The property was clean, well looked-after and in very pretty, private surroundings. It was perfect for what we needed.

Really enjoyed our stay - comfortable house with plenty of amenities the fresh flowers and milk was a nice touch. Everything was spotless with both the kitchen and bathroom being outstanding. Bedrooms were very comfortable Snettisham has plenty of cafe or places to eat and close by to local resorts and beaches. Would love to stay again
