Had a great stay at the villa ! Very nice quiet location with stunning mountain views. Good communication, very flexible all in all definitely recommended for couples, family and friends. Safe environment with security and night guards.

This lovely villa exceeded all expectations! The private pool was crystal clear, like glass, and impeccably maintained by the very friendly pool guys. The entire villa was spotless, with stylish decor and all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. Ana was welcoming and ensured a seamless experience with our sunset catamaran trip. Thanks!

Tim and Wit were always responsive, and answered our queries almost in a real time manner. I stayed with my girlfriend, and we had a medical issue that was potentially serious. Within minutes, they came to drive us to the local clinic. And Wit stayed by our side for hours in case, additional help was needed. Tim lived locally so he knew the best nearby restaurants, and so he informed us accordingly. In fact, within a short walking distance, there were several Thai places that provided delicious meals with courteous service. Tim's places all provided access to quiet, almost empty, beaches, and beautiful sunset views in the evening. We stayed for a full month, and enjoyed and appreciated Tim's place as well as his service. So much so that we booked another full month for the following year.

Amazing place in the best location. So convenient with plenty of great places nearby along the beach. The service from the attached restaurant next door was so useful (there is even a service bell to ring and the staff are with you in seconds!). We used it a lot :) I was a little nervous about the noise from the restaurant as we had our 4 year old with us but it wasn’t an issue at all. Highly recommend

Great place well appointed, any issues were quickly addressed. Host very friendly and helpful. Clean and location was only about 20 min. walk to Kamala Beach.

This was a great place to stay. I liked how electricity/water/cleaning fees were all included in the price so no hidden charges. Location is great by the beach and many great restaurants nearby to eat. 7/11 is next door, super convenient. Only slight critique I have was that the bed was harder than I like. This is just personal preference so I still rated 5 star!

I had a beautiful stay with Tan’s place, it’s very nice, Tan is very friendly and helpful, we requested a late checkout which was kindly provided beside other things as well was provided within no time, I highly recommended, definitely will come back again.

We decided to look for a place to stay for a week at short notice and here we found it, a little gem located on a slope, with a great view of Kata Beach. Jean-Michel immediately made us contact with the manager Eve, who welcomed us in a very friendly manner on site. When you open the apartment door, you take your breath away, the view is fantastic, the sunset even more beautiful. The apartment is open, bright and friendly. The sliding doors to the terrace can be opened completely. You feel right at home. The view from the late afternoon hot tub with a glass of wine is fantastic and invites you to linger. The pool above the gym is incredibly beautifully landscaped, with a wonderful view of the Andaman Sea and the sunset . If you don't have a car, just drive Bolt, it always works. All in all, a fantastic place to stay, we will be happy to come back! Merci beaucoup, Jean-Michel

Derek’s place was a lovely top floor apartment with gorgeous views of the surrounding areas. The apartment is a short walk from restaurants, massage parlours and shops! I’d recommend getting a motorbike to explore the viewpoints and beach part of the area! Derek was really helpful and welcoming. Always available when we had a question. We would love to come and stay again!

We loved our stay at Mary’s place. Exactly as described, a lovely clean bright apartment. The roof terrace was also a great extra! Mary was a great host, always responsive and helped us out a lot with flexible check in/out times. Mr Nut was also really helpful arranging taxis for us. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Great stay just off the main road at Rawai Beach. The apartment was just as described. It was small but had everything we needed for a great stay. Really comfortable bed (which is so rare), fast internet, functional kitchen, washing machine, comfy couch, smart TV, lots of towels. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.. Would definitely stay again. The hosts were also very responsive so thank you.

Beautiful and spacious condo, with great views from the balcony on the pool, the sunset and partial sea view. We really enjoyed our time. Lucinda is very kind and helpful. I love the location, kalim is calm and not far from Patong. Free parking was nice too. Thank you for everything.

We had a great stay at Peter’s apartment. It is spacious and very comfortable. Peter and his wife thought of every single detail in the rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen. The surroundings are beautiful. You could hear birds singing. You can jog in the morning and take peaceful walks in the evening. The plane spotters will be very happy here as well! The club restaurant is 5 mins walk and serves good food and cold draft beers. We couldn’t have thought of a better place for our stay in Phuket this time. Peter was very kind and offered to meet us at the airport and helped us with the luggage. I will definitely come back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment on the diamond resort complex. The communication from Davide was brilliant and Gib met us on arrival to show us around. The room is spacious, clean, very quiet and had everything we needed (The air-con is great). The apartment is in a perfect location with a brilliant moped hire company just 20 meters down the road (Pro Rent). The pool is great, WiFi is fast and the bed is really comfy. There is also a washing machine which was great for us to wash our clothes, set for our next stop on our travels around Thailand. My girlfriend and I would highly recommended staying here and would stay again if we returned to Thailand. Highly recommended
