Vacation rentals with a firepit in Anchor Bay

Henry and April were an amazing host, they were super respectful and responsive. They were flexible and helpful for checking in as we had to check in a bit earlier due to winter storms. Whenever we had a any questions or help they were there quickly. The view and area was beautiful even in the winter and we enjoyed being there. Will definitely visit again in summer time.

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we didn't get to do any walking around to the pond or visit a lot in the town. Everyone enjoyed the farm house. There's plenty of wildlife around. We watched deer running around the front yard for awhile.

Denise was a gracious and accommodating host. The lodge was beautiful and well fitted for our family stay. It had all the amenities needed, above expectations. Clean, spacious, peaceful and perfectly decorated to match the holiday festivities. Truly made a memorable Christmas and start to the new year. Great home base for family visiting to see the Lions take on the Vikings at Ford Field. The neighborhood was quiet and the space was clean and comfy.

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

Prior to visiting, we received so many incredible local recommendations which we used to plan our trip. We’re already thinking about our next trip and seeing even more of your wonderful city!!! The hosts were incredibly responsive before and during our stay, really making sure that we had everything we needed! The house itself is gorgeous, well designed, and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed and more! Beds were super comfortable as well as linens. The added touches like a record player, a few welcome snacks, etc were so nice! Perfect place to stay

Beautiful, unique place. It was very cozy. Nick is just straight up a wonderful human being, if you need anything he will make it happen. So many restaurants and things to do nearby. Hope to visit again.

Thank you for offering your home to us to celebrate Valentine’s Day weekend together. The house was very cozy and cute and was like a home away from home. If we had any questions Cassie was very quick response and helpful to what we needed. One thing that we really liked was that there was a crock pot there for use, it really helped us for our dinner option and loved to be able to have that option. Would recommend to others in a heart beat. We will be booking here again in the future ❤️

My husband and I were looking for accommodation close to my best friend's wedding venue and home when we discovered Michael and Patti's rental. The place was easy to find, comfortable, and they were wonderful hosts. The mornings were beautiful and peaceful, filled with the sounds of birds. I would definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Enjoyed our time in the area. I'm from the lake area and enjoyed being centrally located to friends and family. Its a quiet location for the most part. Commonly refered to as a carriage house, located over the garage, you do here conversations and comings and goings of people adjacent to the property. We found everything we needed in the apartment. Bed was firm. which we enjoy, very cofortable. Linens were nice and served our stay well. Heating and cooling worked well and there was ample hot water. It takes a bit to reach the upstairs, but once it does, the pressure is good. Be aware that the stairway up is quite steep...may not be suitable for some. There are hand rails and a light in the stairway. There are a number of restaurants in the area...M29 diner is a favorite and Marine City Fish Company just up the river is also one of our area favorites. We would maybe stay here again if in the area, but think we prefer fully private dwellings.

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.

Great place for our visit. Sharon was accommodating and very friendly. The bed is also super comfy! Haha Wish we were in Detroit longer! Would definitely rent from Sharon again.

My brothers and I with our significant others always get together for a weekend at the Renaissance Festival in Holly and this was literally the perfect cabin for us - close enough that we could go to and from if we needed a break during our long days at the Faire and peaceful enough at night to come back to and relax or play games like we love to do together. Plenty of space that we could all have beds and felt cozy. The lake is beautiful this time of year and even was warm enough that we could have swam after if we wanted or weren’t warn out from our long days. Parking was easy to figure out even with four vehicles. Host was responsive and super helpful and even allowed us to check in early when we realized that we would rather all drive in together last second. (Whoops! Poor planning on my part.) There was even provided water which was lovely as well, and a really nice touch when it comes to well water! Thank you so much and we will be back!

The Lodge was a great place for our family to stay for a family wedding! We had a great experience, very close to lovely Clarkston! Dan was really great. The lodge was a great place fore us to gather and relax for this fun event. Hanging out during the day as well after events. It was great!

This property is very homey, and the owner is very responsive and proactive, would be the perfect getaway place for a couple!

Stephanie and Dana's place is great and they answered all of my questions whenever I had concerns. the place is clean and has a fully stocked pantry and kitchen, we enjoyed the pool and rec centre very much. the resort is quiet and clean, the staff and residents are friendly and helpful, unlike other camp grounds that we have been that people were rowdy and loud until midnight. we had a great time relaxing and have fun in Stephanie and Dana's place and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Enjoyed our stay very clean a lot of necessities for us more than expected you really don’t need to bring anything but food they had everything you could think of there to use for cooking supplies… was also was very easy to find and the neighbors around us were nice also would definitely recommend…
