Leo's place is a very good house for two persons and an excellent choice to use this as a base to enjoy Ioannina city. It is relatively close to center (about 20 min on foot) and you could find free parking very close to the house . The house is very ''cosy'' and very well equipped. It was also warm inside and has hot water all day. The communication with him was perfect and he is a very nice and helpful guy. It is recommended with no doubt !! Christos & Antigone 4/2025

The place is in a very calm neighbourhood just 10 minutes away from the city centre. Everything in the house is brand new. Totally deserved it.

The house is just as advertised, comfortable beds,everything perfect for spending a few days,it is within the walls of the castle, next to the lake, very central and beautiful area but at the same time quiet, I loved the stay there and repeat. The house at first to find it can be a bit lusty but once q te locicas is super easy,tb es q we arrived at night and the taxi driver did not check with the street ,I recommend this place without a doubt

I had a great stay experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place for their vacation. The house was exactly as described in the photos and information of the accommodation – beautifully decorated, clean and fully equipped with all the amenities we need for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, in a quiet and safe environment. This allowed us to easily explore the area without wasting much time getting around. The host was great and very friendly. He provided us with all the necessary information and was always available for any questions or help we needed.

The apartment was a great choice for our stay. It was clean, tidy and functional, with comfortable spaces and a well-equipped kitchen that met our basic needs. The beds were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and practical. Although we traveled in the winter, the heating was efficient and the space kept warm and pleasant. Its location was particularly convenient as it was close to the center but generally without disturbing noise. The apartment building was relatively modern, with good frames that contributed to the quiet. The view to the lake was very beautiful and the fireplace added a warm, relaxing atmosphere, enhancing our experience. In addition, the host was kind and helpful, willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, the apartment met our expectations and our stay was pleasant.

Very nice place and well equipped. Zoi was an excellent host. One thing to note is no parking directly on the street but can park for free a short walk away.

This Airbnb is very well located at the heart of Ioannina, you can walk all over the city center from there. Lots of good restaurants, café, and bars within 6min walk. The apartment is private, not much traffic so it's very quiet.

Very beautiful space, comfortable, clean,spacious, had everything a guest needs and more, warm environment, very good quality of linens, bath towels and also excellent soundinsulation.The location is very central, you find everything within 50 meters.Supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bars, even a beautiful bakery at the entrance of the apartment building, with a wide variety of products.The host Vasilis, responded immediately, was very kind, helpful, responded to every question and question immediately and allowed us flexible departure which I greatly appreciated.I highly recommend it!!!

Great place, extremely clean and tidy. The parking was a plus as you could easily walk to the city centre. Michalis was super helpful, hospitable and accommodated all our needs. Highly recommend this place.

The space is very small. However, to see Ioannina, it is a good solution if you plan to stay for a few days. The room is equipped with everything you need and communication with Elbe is very good.

I liked the apartment because it is small and cozy, there is a sofa on the balcony where I spent most of my time studying. The only negative thing is that there is no separate bathroom, when you take a shower the water spreads all over the bathroom, but that’s not the problem. The bed linens are clean and smell good, the towels smell good, and the host is very polite and helpful. I really liked it, I recommend it. 🇬🇷🇧🇷🇬🇷🇧🇷
