Pleasant apartment located in the city center, on the ground floor of a building of 3 units. It is a 2 minute walk from the Circus and 5 minutes from the hyper center. Local shops are 2 minutes walk: bakeries, grocery store, butchery, cold meats.... 15 minutes walk from the train station and close to bus stop. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a work area, a dining room and a living room. The kitchen and the bathroom are equipped, separate toilet.
