Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Amelia Island

April was spectacular and very helpful. Her house was in my old neighborhood and I would rent it again. I would give April an A-+.

We were in Jacksonville for treatment at Mayo Clinic. Confetti house is extremely close to the facility, which was really nice. The house is in a quite, safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed the backyard which included a putting green and a Koi pond. Frank was very accommodating and quick to respond to inquiries. We had a great stay!

Maria’s place is beautiful and convenient. It’s everything that is advertised and have all you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely we will be back.

The owners were super flexible and allowed us to check in a bit earlier than usual! Super cozy and very clean, bathroom was suuuuuper nice, a great place to rest and decompress. The only thing is if there’s people staying next door, you can hear movement and conversations through the walls. But other than that, I would totally book again!! Thank you!

Michelle and Jim were AWEOME! Very responsive and flexible! So Friendly. The location of the house is an easy walk to the beach and many stores and restaurants. The house is clean nd comfortable. I highly recommend this house!

This was our 2nd time staying here and had such a wonderful time. We love being right on the beach. The morning sunrise just over the dune on the beach is amazing!! Enjoyed being greeted by our favorite cat outside on the terrace! Great place, great location, great hosts - love it!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was quiet and had enough space for all of us to be together and separate space as well.

I had a fantastic experience. The host was very welcoming and communication with them was easy. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and affordable place to stay. We can’t say enough about this fabulous condo. We stay here often when visiting family and the beachfront location is spectacular with panoramic views and surround windows. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room area are just like being home. The king size bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and nice open closet area. We enjoy daily walks on the beach and nearby favorite eating places. A short ride to Neptune beach center with many shops & restaurants to choose from. We love Tiffany as our host, and she is always just a text away with wonderful communication and helpful ideas for our stay. We have been vacationing along these beaches for over 25 years and this is our home away from home. Thank You so much Tiffany for this awesome condo!

This condo is a perfect quiet retreat with a third floor view of the ocean and easy access to beach walks. We found it very comfortable for two plus a small dog. Laura was most accommodating. Next year, we hope to come for an extended period of time which is to say, yes, we recommend this location highly.

The walk-in view out the back window is the stunning Atlantic Ocean - open the sliding door to hear the ocean sounds. The decor is colorful and very up to date. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is a little tight but we managed to- it is actually very convenient to have both washer and dryer in the kitchen! Three bedrooms are very nice to find in such an upscale condominium. The walk to the beach was wonderful and miles on either side to walk. We loved our stay and would like to come back sometime!
