A very accessible area, not hard to find. Calm and quiet. Nana Kwame is a great host, we had a very good time getting to know each other. Talked for hours. Rooms are exquisite with beautiful and spacious compound, allocated parking space, very secured with 24hour security and CCTV. we are definitely going back there again.

Stayed for 2days. Pool was clean and always available. We got lost and the Host was there in a flash to pick us up. Felt so relieved when the host pulled up. Very active and attentive. Host came to check that we were ok. Anytime I contacted someone they came right away. Would stay there again. Also like the security of the 24hour manned gate. Check out was also really easy. All the staff were friendly you. An tell this is a customer service focused business

After a hectic first days in Accra, it was a pleasure to come to Kumasi and Patricks place. Super pro-active host and helped us with everything from solving transportation to recommendations of local bakeries. We were 6 adults and 2 children that all felt at home. On top of that Patrick is a very nice host, I highly recommend.

We had a great time at Ato's place! His mother, Esther, was a spectacular hostess, assisting us with local tips, quick responses to any issue we had and her genuine kindness and hospitality. We especially enjoyed the meal prepared by her sister, Emilia, and Esther's company and great conversation. Thanks again!

The place is beautiful and relaxing, with its pool surrounded by all the units. The flat is clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is absolutely fantastic: kind, available and ready to help. Only minor downsides is that we didn't use the swimming pool, because it wasn't too clean when we arrived (it later got cleaned, so it was probably a one off). Also, we had to fend off a few mosquitoes in the room. Still a great experience that we recommend wholeheartedly.
