Everyone who is looking for peace and quiet in a nicely furnished two-room apartment between Lübeck-Travemünde and Boltenhagen is in good hands here. The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The non-overflowing beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800m).

The three-storey beach house has more than earned its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. A unique location in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The whirlpool bathtub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/beach views) are great for unwinding. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide warmth and coziness on cold days.

My anchorage

My accommodation is located 300 meters from the Schlei with beach, right in Arnis in a fantastic environment. You'll love my place because of the cozy location and the scenery. My place is good for couples (even with babies or toddlers), solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Since May, we have been participating in the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei model project.

The apartment is not barrier-free. The stairs to the apartment is quite steep.

Treat yourself to some time out with a stay under the stars. Our property is located in a cul-de-sac on the floodplains of the Stepenitz. At night you hear nothing but foxes and deer, which sometimes peer curiously over the fence. Hardly a light disturbs the darkness of the night.
