Earth house vacation rentals in Alps

We had a wonderful stay in a fantastic environment! Loredana was always on hand when we had questions and gave us very good tips. The place was clean and very cozy, we felt comfortable right away. The way to the accommodation may be a bit challenging for someone with a large car, but with our compact car it was no problem at all. We will be happy to come back!

A very nice house, clean, functional, super well-equipped for our group of 9 people! A perfect setting: the mountains (still a little snowy🥰), the sheep and their lambs, the walks from the cottage, not to mention the pub 3 minutes away with better craft beers🤪! And finally, Pierre, welcoming, kind, patient with the children, available and with good advice. In short, we really had an extraordinary stay! We'll be back for sure!

Amazing place. The view is superb is peaceful. The place is original and very cute. You must indeed be aware that it is an eco place but that is what gave it its charm in our opinion. Only downside the dry toilet in the accommodation, not great for smells, if you are sensitive to it

We spent a very relaxing week with family in Gverino's beautiful stone house. The house has a very nice location at the very end of the vacation home settlement directly by the forest. Behind the house is a well-kept garden with an old olive grove, to the front is the view of the Adriatic with sunrise over Cres. To get to the nearest towns you need a car and drive a quarter of an hour. The roads are easy to drive, a parking space right behind the house. The house is very tastefully renovated. The stairs between the floors are a little steep but very well built, no problem for us. We enjoyed the time on the two terraces overlooking the sea, walking through the beautiful Mediterranean forest with laurel, sage and juniper down to the secluded bay and cooking together in the rustic kitchen of the house. A beautiful place that I would like to visit again.

Me and my friend group stayed at Teo's and it was better than what we could have hoped for. The location is a perfect amount of socialization and peaceful nothingness. The house is very big and well kept, big rooms and cozy places to chill. But the prettiest part is the private beach that comes with the house. All in all we had an amazing time and highly recommend this house for your next vacation. Since we are young people and quite loud, we could be as loud as possible since the first Neighbours were 500m away. Teo is a great host, but he wasnt there at the time so his mother kindly welcomed us as well. Really wanted to make everything possible for us, what ever we needed, even offered tht she drives our trash to the bin. So we were all very pleased with the hosts mother and the place and would definitely return.

Federico’s apartment was a peaceful and lovely place to come home to after each day of exploring, or just rest and enjoy the sea view and breezes away from the crush of tourists, even in mid April. With the exposed beams, stone and plaster work, and unusual antiques, you really feel the history and character here. Federico was super responsive, and very friendly and helpful. He supplied us with one space heater, which we found necessary for the chilly early spring nights. Dressing warmly is a good solution, but be careful not to wear socks on the stairs, as they are very steep and very slippery!

We absolutely loved staying at Romano’s Airbnb! The view is stunning, surrounded by nature, with a great fireplace and sauna. The craftsmanship of the house is truly impressive. Romano gave us great tips for exploring the area, and he even showed us deer! He is the best host - highly recommended! :)

Great stay in the nature and enchanting setting of the oasis and valley. I stayed 10 days in the cozy room, where I felt like I was in a cocoon, clean with everything I needed to feel good, even a small space heater. My goal was to recharge and find myself, which was not difficult, the more it is very easy to have your private space. Even though the place is very rustic and rural, which allows for a nature immersion in the same, Mathilde has taken care of the little details that make the difference in the guinguette or bathroom. Not to mention the view... Wild trails direct from the property. The surrounding villages are very charming and nice, small restaurants, organic shops and bakery, etc. The mountains of the valley very soft and a joy to look at. I'll come back and I bet you too 😉

We spent a month at Sebastien's place and it is a beautiful house in a very peaceful area, spotlessly clean and with everything that you need, including very responsive hosts in Sebastien and Nathalie. We had some great days out as it is between Lyon and Grenoble, the village itself is very nice and has a supermarket, some cafes, a bakery and other amenities. It is very spacious, more than enough space for a family and the kids loved the garden and the space inside to play. Very recommended!

It was a joy to stay with Philippe and Lien at their gorgeous property! A perfect location for a couple or besties getaway in Provence, we were delighted at every turn by their attention to detail. They displayed excellent communication and service before we even arrived as they made reservations for a fabulous lunch and arranged for a massage therapist to visit the property for our desired treatment. We enjoyed their pool and hot tub every evening to relax (get ready for some amazing views!) and we were kindly left a lovely breakfast each morning to wake up to. As design experts and architects, Philippe and Lien created a gorgeous space here, the room has everything you need plus, gasp, who doesn't want to stay somewhere surrounded by the limestone of Provence?! We came as strangers and left as friends. Merci Philippe and Lien for the incredible experience!

Charles's house is beautiful and very well maintained. Very responsive host who was quick to sort anything out and the check in was very flexible which was very much appreciated after a very long drive. The pool is great and was perfect for what we wanted and its actually bigger than it looks in the photos! It was very hot while we were there so the aircon was appreciated. Fontvielle is well placed for exploring Arles, Avignon, St Remy although it is a very quiet village itself.

This place was amazing, the views were some of the best I have ever seen. The Place was super tidy, really spacey and had everything you need for a comfortable stay! I can't stress enough how beautiful the views were, we were stunned, will certainly be returning!

We had a great company retreat. It was very comfortable.

Lovely home in a beautiful pedestrian street, walking distance from all Valtournenche shops and restaurants, as well as many hiking trails. Overall the chalet was very comfortable and perfect for what we were looking for. Host was a great communicator - very proactive and responsive to any needs she anticipated we might have, as well as questions that arose. Only very slight downsides are that the kitchen is quite small and not very well equipped. We made it work for our purposes, but it can be tougher to cook more extensively. The beds are also not the comfiest but again, totally fine for our purposes!

Very familial relationship, it was as described. There was a gift for guests and we were also given watermelon, farm eggs or drinks, always with pleasure 👌

Davide's house is in a quiet village and away from the tourist hustle and bustle of Aosta or Courmayeur, but close enough to visit them. It has good restaurants and entertainment at night. The house is very comfortable and has everything, especially beautiful views of Mont Blanc. Davide's recommendations were very helpful. Thank you very much for everything!

really nice house in a beautiful setting - totally recommended!

Super nice hostess, always reachable, if you need something you can reach them straight away. I was asked before arrival if I needed anything, like a baby bed, in which room and it was set up and it was a real bed for babies, not a folding bed. I can only recommend it to anyone who needs peace and quiet... Cities can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car or by bike, if you are on a bike you should first look at the surroundings on the map as it is very hilly

The house is located in a peaceful and beautiful area where the locals were extremely friendly and helpful. Villa Elisa was well-appointed and a perfect base from which to explore San Marino, Rimini and San Leo (to name a few). Thanks to Luca's excellent recommendations we also discovered superb swimming pools and restaurants.
