In the heart of the historic district, an epicenter of art to national and European level. The area is monumental, with restaurants and tapas bars, shops and fun. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator, has independent kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and hob. Living room with sofa bed and double bed. Very bright with three windows to the terrace. Air conditioning cold and heat. Bathroom with hot water. It is rented with bed and bath linen and utensils. TV and free WiFi. The apartment is in a pedestrian street in the center but with access to taxi rank and Tram 200 meters. The building is in a quiet street in the Santa Cruz neighborhood. This central area is almost completely pedestrianized, making for a pleasant walk to the Cathedral and the famous Plaza del Salvador, with plenty of tempting tapas bars en route.
