The apartment has a great structure for long stays (appliances and furniture) and the barbecue area and the garden area are very spacious and sunny. For all the needs I had during my stay, Manoella always met promptly. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet and is close to the São Lourenço park, which is very good for running and hiking. Although the garage is a little tight to maneuver a medium-sized car (4.40 m x 1.75 m), during the time I stayed I never saw all the vacancies occupied, which made it easy to get in and out of the space. Nayef always responded to us immediately, making communication very easy and quick. The only problem we observed was that one of the doors in the outdoor area was not working and the upstairs shower was under maintenance, but nothing that harmed our experience.
