Vacation rentals with lake access in Alicante

We had a wonderful stay here. Really nice place close to the pink lake. Quit and safe neighborhood.

We had a fantastic week, we didn't lack anything in the house, very close to Villajoyosa and the village of Orxeta itself. Very quiet area and comfortable house with very comfortable beds, the truth is as if you were at home. The pool plays a lot and you are luxurious on the porch. you would miss a repasito outside and a fenced to the entire estate for everything else great, to return

We had a great stay at Elena’s house it was exactly as described, very close to some very good restaurants and about ten minutes walk to the beach, the complex is very quiet and beautiful the pools were amazing we will definitely be back. Thank you

We were as delighted with our second stay at Marc's place as the previous one. Wonderful sunset just behind the lakefront home. We appreciated the improvements made to the house (new air conditioning, amenities...). Thank you Marc!

we only stayed one night at Viktoria's but it was beautiful to have breakfast with that beautiful view. The surroundings were beautiful and the area was very quiet. Viktoria was very kind and gave us timely and accurate communication about check-in. We would like to come back and stay much longer to relax here in Torrevieja!

Very friendly reception by Dorian. Show us the listing proudly. We were always able to reach her with questions. There was a spontaneous leakage in the almost new kitchen, the kitchen cabinet was full of water. The faucet 😃was replaced within an hour(!). Very neat accommodation, cared for and clean. Not to mention also very fully equipped with everything you could need. Right on the coast so awaken with the sunrise. Recommended!

Exactly as described. 20 minutes walk to the marina and plenty of friendly bars and restaurants nearby.

Apartment that met expectations in relation to description and photos, clean and tidy with all amenities. Short walking distance to both beach, restaurants, shopping etc. Short distance to various bakeries for fresh rolls/coffee in the morning. Both the check out and check out were very clearly communicated:)

The main building lock in La Mata was not working but our host was kind and met us outside (on Christmas Eve) and took us to another apartment in Guardamar that was bigger, more beautiful and brand new. He went out of his way to make up for the lock issue. He allowed us to check out at 5 pm instead of 11 am which we very much appreciated. Stanislaw was kind, attentive and responsive. I would definitely stay with him again.

The apartment was very relaxing and comfortable. The beach was minutes away via foot. Lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Very nice central location. Rooms were spacious and the decor was tasteful and appealing. Bright and airy apartment. The transfer offer was really helpful and appreciated too, made everything very easy.

We had a nice week in the apartment. Amazing location right on the beach and downtown! The apartment responded to the description and photos. The apt is modern and well-equipped. It was very clean and organized. We would love to come back:)

The place is excellent Next to the beach Tram and bus routes around the corner Taxi from the Centre of Alicante is only 15euros The flat is well laid out and the balcony gets the sun Will definitely go back

Very well located and clean accommodation. Easy access to the pool as well as one parking space in front of the house. I highly recommend it and will be happy to rent again.
