Vacation rentals with lake access in Alexandra Headland

We stayed here for the weekend for a sporting event, this would have to be the best place I have ever stayed at, we have stayed at a few and this one had everything we needed. The host communicated to us everything that we needed to know, we had no issues whilst staying there. My grandsons whilst tired from playing and watching sport over three days, were kept busy with the pool, spa and the toys and games provided. The area was superb as I just wanted to relax after being in the hot sun all weekend, and this place provided that, it was peaceful quiet and a very private place to just unwind. I cannot fault this place. Hope to be back next year or even sooner.

Our experience was lovely and the hosts were great to deal with. Our family relaxed and enjoyed each others company. The house is wonderful - great bedrooms, air con, bathrooms, and outdoor area with all Amentities and thought behind what you need for your stay. Would recommend it to anyone. Please be mindful if bringing young children there is no fence leading to the canal. Wonderful Pool and spa with very nice clear and safe fencing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

If this place is available for your stay you need to book it! We LOVED it!! Lis and Lachlan were amazing hosts and gave us so many suggestions and local hospitality! A real proper geezer! The place was perfect for our 6 adults. Amazing views. Great kitchen. We love the dock and outside hangout area. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels. 10/10 stay!! Ice cold air conditioning which was amazing cause it was in the 90s when we visited.

A beautiful place! Perfect for our extended family of 11 with large open spaces and great kitchen and outdoor area to prepare meals and relax. The property was clean, easy to check into and had everything we needed. Great location by the canal, everyone loved the rides in kayaks around sunset. It was easy to visit Noosa and surroundings from the house. We would stay again!

Quiet location Very clean open plan home Beautifully large space in main bedroom incl air con was a godsend! Ample supplies in kitchen and shaded area out the back during the morning and half the afternoon. Close to everything we required! Fishing spots, boat club and loved to see an air bnb with recycling tubs and a compost barrel ( we took advantage of that to minimise landfill) I was very impressed to see no carpet throughout the property and the linen was not white! That’s something I think Gary got spot on! No white linen - I don’t like it as it may look lovely initially but find its too clinical looking in a guest home. We felt Gary and future users of air BnB property would benefit using and maintaining compost barrel and in turn keeping Gary’s herb garden well fed- All the foundations are there and what a great way to utilise an entire home and use herbs from his garden in turn providing green waste to feed them and Gary also having passive maintenance.

Absolutely fabulous space with amazing terrace situated right between Mt Coorowrin and Mt Beerwah. There are no other properties with such an awesome view out across the Glasshouse Mountains. At night so many stars and in the distance shine the lights of Caloundra. Great walks close by you could walk up the road to Mt Beerwah for a bush walk around the base. Many other circuit trails around the various mountains, all an easy drive away. The Property was easy to find with Donna's instructions up a surfaced road (not gravel) about 10mins from Glasshouse Village. The IGA has good ready made meals to heat up, BBQ chicken, salads etc and the Tavern had a extensive menu as well. Great smart TV, free wifi, even an amazing theatre room if you're a movie buff. This unique property including the lake, was recently featured in the Stan series Black Snow - so it was a bit of a thrill to be there!!

Bigger than it looks in the photos. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Great view of the lake - wallabies included! A very peaceful and quiet part of Twin Waters but it's just a short scenic walk to Novotel if you are after more action. The home is fully decked out with everything you need. Would 100% recommend.

Lovely home, peaceful surroundings. Pool area is fabulous. Nice walk along the canals. Would happily stay at Janet's again when in the area. Highly recommend.

Place is near and tidy. We have everything we need. Located close to kids water activities and bars. Excellent walk through the twin waters complex and lovely home

Soul Beach Bungalow was absolutely amazing—far beyond what I could have imagined! The photos are stunning, but honestly, they don’t do the place justice. It’s one of those experiences you really have to see for yourself. The bungalow is cozy and quaint, so don’t expect something huge, and it’s connected to another living space. However, the layout is so well-thought-out that it never felt cramped. We always felt comfortable, and despite being attached to another space, the privacy is great—we never saw anyone unless you're right at the front, but even then, we didn’t see anyone. The bungalow is fully fenced off and provides plenty of privacy. Tamarra and her team were incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The bungalow truly has everything you need, and I highly recommend checking out the information books they’ve provided. It only takes about 10-15 minutes to skim through, and it's beautifully laid out. We will definitely be coming back if we visit again.

Rita’s apartment is truly beautiful. It’s so spacious, equipped with everything you could ever need and is completely spotless. There was even a hamper of goodies waiting for us when we arrived! Rita was so easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions so quickly! We will be back!

Thank you for our stay, it was great to wake up in the morning with the water across the road!

This appartment was everything that we could have hoped for on our family vacation. The apartment is spacious, clean, fresh and enjoys a beautifully relaxing view of the river from the balcony. The swimming pool is an added luxury. We would definitely book the apartment again!

Our second stay! Our family just loves the serenity of this place. Picturesque. Cows grazing on the hills, sheep grazing nearby, an abundance of bird life. Just beautiful! 💗 Kids just loved the kayaking!! Thank you Gwenda!!! ☺️🌅💖

We had a beautiful stay at Viviens house. She is such a lovely and kind person that is always there for a little talk but still gives you very much privacy. We had our own room with a patio and shared the kitchen and bathroom with her.

My family and I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and peace and quiet. In the three days we stayed over we visited Coolum, Eumundi, Noosa, Peregian Beach and Caloundra. Everything is only minutes away, including great restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the central air conditioning very handy, especially in February. Seeing kangaroos every day was an added bonus. I can strongly recommend this place.

Our Stay at Lake Weyba Cottages was great! Ashley was helpful and her instructions were clear and the cottage was presented immaculately. Stunning surrounds and we felt at home surrounded by the lush grenery. The farm animals were a bonus along with the guest shed which had bikes and other items available to use. Will be back!
