A cosy, private, self contained studio cabin with its own wood-fired Hot-tub, overlooking our woods. We supply the fire wood & get it hot for arrival. Cabin is well equipped, we supply a breakfast starter pack and tea & coffee, and a few treats. We are happy to help set up birthday/anniversary celebration. Small air fryer in kitchen & Gas Weber BBQ on the deck of the cabin. Bring your bikes, we have a cycle rack. Only 1 unit on property, you’ll be comfortably secluded & privacy is respected.

The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. Our bright, spacious apartment is located adjacent to our family home in the Fleet Conservation Area. It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Unlimited overnight use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - only £10) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. Our new build apartment was designed and signed off to UK building regulations.

Large, luxurious and serene living space with free off street parking. The loft conversion is extensive covering entire length of extended bungalow and comes with private entrance & bath. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, another sofa bed and a lounge area with TV. The second room has a bath, kitchenette and dining area. The sofa bed here provides further sleeping flexibility. Kitchenette has tea/coffee facilities, toaster, microwave & mini fridge-freezer but no cooking facilities.

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins).
