We had a wonderful time in Alcudia and enjoyed the first holiday with our little daughter very much! The apartment is perfect for couples, but also with a (small)child/baby. Akim was super accessible, kind and helpful. The location is unbeatable, in 5 minutes you are by the sea. We really enjoyed staying at the nice neighborhood and would come back anytime!

Lovely apartment in a great location, close to everything,easy to walk into the town and easy to park. Apartment has great facilities and is extremely comfortable with a wonderful view. Hosts were easy to contact and very accommodating, Check in was easy ,Miquel met us at the apartment and explained everything . We would highly recommend this apartment and will be checking availability for future visits.

I was there with my wife in February, of course the weather is a little fresh in the evening but ok for this time of year. The apartment was great and we would be happy to come back. We had lived a year before, so we know the conditions on site. The apartment of fernando is an absolute recommendation. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (about 1.5 hours from Palma airport). From the Port de Soller bus stop, it is then 10-15 minutes to the apartment. Without a car, you should be fit to walk up the small mountain. The ascent is worth it, because the view from the apartment is gigantic and you are at a safe distance from the hustle and bustle of the harbor. The terrace is definitely the highlight. The center of Port de Soller is about a 15-minute walk. Overall clear recommendation as well as nice, accommodating hostess!

A very nice stay from start to finish! We were warmly received and Gyuri showed us around and explained the most important things. We felt very comfortable at this place and the location was great too. 20 minutes from the airport and in a quiet area. Parking is available right in front of the property on the street. Within walking distance is a shop and a very good pizzeria. In the accommodation you will find everything you need and can enjoy the stay. We highly recommend the place and would come back!

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

We returned to an area we know well so knew what to expect. We had a lovely stay and Claudia was a great host.

Lovely place, just a few steps from the beach, another beach just round the corner and shops, cafes, restaurants all within a few minutes. In case people aren’t aware (I was) this resort totally closes on (around) October 31st and becomes a ghost town until Easter - all shops, restaurants, hotels shut (except for maybe one or two restaurants that open on weekends) - out of season a car is essential here.

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

We had a great stay. The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful view of the mountains and the harbor. There is a private parking lot and a pool with lots of chairs. It’s less than a kilometer to Port de Soller with shops and restaurants. We were in town for the UTMB Mallorca race and it is a short downhill walk to the buses to go to the start and the finish is in Port de Soller. Perfect location. We didn’t meet Maria but she was very friendly and helpful with her texts.

We had a great stay at this spotless apartment! The location is ideal, and the place is not only clean and spacious, but also perfectly equipped with everything you need. A real comfort, I would recommend it without hesitation!

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

Juan Carlo’s apartment is a great spacious place (we were 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids) at a perfect location directly at the beach and next to many great restaurants. Perfect communication with Africa who was always responsive, very friendly and helpful when needed. Easy and flexible check-in (Africa was welcoming us) and check-out via hotel Minister lobby. We ate mostly in nearby restaurants except for breakfasts when we enjoyed the beautiful view from the living room over the beach and had a front row seat seeing Port de Soller waking up in the mornings. The apartment is amazingly equipped for guests who prefer cooking at home. Really nothing to complain here. We had a great stay and will come again. Thanks Africa and Juan Carlos for being great hosts!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were always available for us. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. Parking on site was great. The kitchen was equipped with spices and water as standard. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. In the meantime, a third friend visited us for a few days, also clarifying and organizing this was not an issue. The pool and outdoor facilities were amazing. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all corners of the island.

I had a wonderful stay at Mirjam's place. Such a lovely flat, very spacious with a balcony. The building had a nice terrace on the rooftop with amazing view of the sea. I would recommend. Mirjam was the most helpful with recommendations or any other queries I had. I would definitely stay again.

Great apartment in an excellent location - loads of space and good facilities. Recommended for large family or a group of friends.. Lovely views on the harbour direct from the apartment which is just above restaurants.
