Apartment vacation rentals in Albuquerque

Carl was very accommodating and helped book another one of his units, when our group had to extend our stay. I would definitely love to stay again!

We had an excellent 4 night stay in Erin's place. It's only about a mile from old town, which was really handy. The fenced backyard was very handy for our puppy. The apt was clean and comfortable and was well apportioned with coffees, paper products, and cleaning supplies. Newer washer and dryer. Everything worked as it should!

This is my second time staying here and it was so lovely! All the hosts were so kind and communicative. They had pamphlets with recommendations of restaurants and activities. Everything was great, and I'd definitely stay here again!!

Shared Airbnb with friend who really liked the decor with SW feel. Enjoyed the horse and Kachina vibes. Had everything needed in the casita, and enjoyed the outside area with birds and local wildlife . Tom was a great host and very patient with more than one extension of stay helping us out with AIrbnb contacts and dates . Overall , it added up to over a month’s time and great stay . Would book again. Thank you again Tom!

I booked this Airbnb for my daughter and her fiancé, and it was a fantastic choice! The location in Nob Hill was perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and everything they needed. The place itself was charming, very clean, and well-equipped. Dan was incredibly helpful when we needed to adjust the dates due to a last-minute change of plans, and his communication was quick and accommodating. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this spot to any family or friends visiting Albuquerque!

The place is small but comfortable - perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. We had a baby as well which meant that the place felt a little crammed (but that is on us, and not a ding on the place!). Location is good, has parking and has good eating options in the neighborhood - what more can you ask...

While everyone else was price gouging during the International Balloon Fiesta, Cliff rented out a beautiful place at a good price. He was communicative, available, and helpful. Beautiful property at a beautiful location.

I had a really wonderful stay here! The value is amazing. The apartment felt very secure and clean. There were a few bumps as far as a period when the WiFi and the heater were down but Jim was very responsive to fixing problems. I must say, the photos (at least when I booked) don't quite do the apartment justice as far as showing how bright and cozy it is. The apartment is also situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood with walking distance to some nice parks and convenience stores. It really was such a lovely home for two months :)

the place was as described and Chonour was a friendly responsive person. I felt safe there and I had a good rest. walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops and bus stops. a good area to stay in Albuquerque.

Agiola’s apartment is clean, comfortable and nicely furnished with many southwestern decorative touches. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and in walking distance to the museum complex and Old Town. Agiola responded quickly to requests and offered suggestions of things to do, since museums, shops and restaurants were closed because of the COVID-19 virus. The bed is super comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom is well stocked with good quality towels and toiletries. We always enjoyed coming back to this cozy apartment after a day of hiking or driving around.

Gary's place is lovely with beautiful rugs, furniture and bedding. The kitchen has all the essentials as does the bathroom. It's a great neighborhood with beautiful mountain and city views. Hiking trails are nearby and there are walking and running trails too.

We have stayed at Martha’s place three times. Martha is an amazing host and the townhouse is very clean and well stocked. We’ve meet a few of the neighbors and they’ve all been very nice to us. We met her husband as well and he was very kind. Martha is extremely communicative and flexible. It’s easy to park in front and we’ve never had a problem parking on the street. It seems like every time we stay it is cleaner and updated with household goods. It’s very conveniently located and feels safe enough. Unfortunately the entire City is gotten more dangerous so it’s becoming harder to find a completely safe neighborhood. We would be happy to stay there again.

It was very easy to check in. The dog park was great and very clean. There was a small back patio area that was appreciated as well. Everything was clean and met our expectations.

Mike and Barb's Airbnb is in a very convenient location in a nice Albuquerque neighborhood. I stayed for 4 nights and found the Airbnb very spacious for one, with a kitchen, living room and dining room. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The hosts have given a lot of thought to guest comfort, and from necessary kitchen utensils to bedroom reading lighting, I thought the amenities were everything needed. Barb's may be the only Airbnb that provided coffee/tea mugs larger than what I have at home - much appreciated! There are restaurants a short drive away, as well as a Whole Foods with a buffet setup for meals to go. The neighborhood is quiet and I didn't notice any traffic noise. Barb was responsive and reassuring when my flight and arrival were delayed, and I appreciated that she met me on arrival to direct parking and walk me to the entrance. I would stay here again when visiting Albuquerque.

This place was truly amazing. They have vintage video games. Lots of room to stretch out in. The place was very clean. They have a great Camex coffee maker that makes the coffee taste next level

My brother and I enjoyed our time at Wanderlust’s apartment. It was very nice and extremely clean. The apartment has gated parking and offers lots of amenities, pool and gym area, not to mention the apartment itself had a lot of space. I would highly recommend Wanderlust’s apartment!

We arrived later in evening and instructions to get in very precise. Home very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay again.

A sweet little casita, with just the right amount of room to be comfortable. I appreciated the small touches such as charging ports in multiple places. The tiny kitchen is the right size for heating up a meal. These adobe walls around the property give you a sense of being removed from the street, giving it a peaceful feel. Only a few blocks away is the Nature Center and paths along the Bosque, a wonderful retreat. There are great coffee shops (Cutbow , La Luz) and a Co-op grocery store in the neighborhood.

The house was decorated beautifully and beds were very comfortable. The house had everything we needed and the hot tub was great! The hosts are local and were quick to respond with anything we needed.
