Let me start by saying this place is AMAZING! The apartment is super luxury, top floor (16th) of the building. 2 balcony’s, one Huge balcony with a breathtaking view of the city. The smaller balcony has an amazing view of the mountains. The inside of the apartment is huge, super modern, comfortable couch, big tv. Amazing ceiling with recessed lights. The beds are amazing, very very comfortable!!! The location is a short walk from everything. We did not want to leave. If you’re looking for something luxury, book this place. 10 out of 10. You won’t regret it.

The quality of this place is unmatched, especially for Albania. Felt like luxury housing, staying in a one bedroom so close to the beach. Right above a market, around the corner from the promenade and all its restaurants and shops. Beach is a short walk as well, maybe five minutes. Truly lovely to stay here. Host responds to questions quickly, and is super friendly. Only thing I’ll say is I found myself waking up when the bedroom AC kicked on in the middle of the night, and is very strong overall, so if you’re a light sleeper/sensitive to cold, I would suggest sticking to only the main AC. Would love to go back, had a great time.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Roana provided clear instructions on where to find the appartment. The appartment is clean and has everything you need. It is close to the big park and there are many shops nearby.

Ermal is a very good host and good at the job he does . He's very communicative and kind . The house was very nice and cozy, I can say it was nicer than in the photo . The position was good and close to the center . I suggest if you want to stay for a few nights in Tirana .

Our stay was fantastic! First, we loved the location. It's at the bottom edge of the promenade so we could walk along it and be around more people and restaurants or go the opposite direction for calmer surroundings. The beach directly in front of the apartment is shallow and great for kids. However, I'm a swimmer and the beach right outside and to the left is deeper. I woke up every morning and swam there which was a real treat. The newly remodeled kitchen was a dream to cook in. We didn't eat out much because we liked cooking at home. The couch and bed are new and extremely cozy and comfortable. The couch is super deep and extra comfortable for tall people. We worked remotely for 3 weeks and the wifi was fast and reliable. The air conditioners work very well and the apartment stayed cool after we turned them off. The shower had hot water, and was spacious, with both overhead and hand-held showerheads. Thanks to our hosts for their kindness and hospitality. We hope to return!

Loved the place, would come back again

What an amazing stay. The process was much easier having organised paid transport with Gentian, having arrived in a night time. The space was even bigger than in the pictures and the space was newly renovated! Gentian was even courteous to drop us to the local bus station the following morning. Thank you again, hopefully we’ll be back in the summer time!

Florian is a great host and very helpful, he gave me all the answers that I needed about the area. The house is beautiful with all the amenities listed , and very clean. it has a big terrace with a great view . is located in a quiet area and close to the centre that you can reach by walking in a few minutes. the great spot for spending your time on holidays , I definitely suggest it.

Very good value for what you pay. Beach is within 5 min reach, walking. Staff is very welcoming. Check in is easy and flexible. Place was exactly as shown in pictures.

Easy to find, good communication, great views of the city and mountains. Felt safe and was nice to be able to walk to all the major tourist attractions.

Briselda and her husband were very nice and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is in a great location with direct sea view and there’s a lot of movement around. The building is in the 9th floor and the isolation is good so there isn’t too much noise. Definitely recommend this airbnb.

Awesome place and great price/quality ratio. very spacious apartment. The building looked run down from the outside but on the inside was clean and modern. Location is close to the centre and Enea was very responsive. Can be loud at night as it's near a busy road.

We spent a month in Adeida’s apartment and loved every minute of it! The apartment is beautifully renovated with wonderful amenities. The view of the bay is great morning and evening. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything needed for an extended stay. Adeida is a fantastic host! She made us feel at home. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Vlora. Cannot recommend strongly enough!

Perfect house for a couple also reliable for everybody as it is located in the middle of Tirana.Worth every penny and would recommend 100%.

Absolutely recommended for this beautiful new apartment. No direct beach location, which does not bother at all because it can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. And Esmeralda gave us 2 great beach recommendations that you can only reach by car anyway, beautiful! Breakfast was also lovingly made, especially for the reasonable price.

The apartment has a mindblowing view over Corfu and is very modern and spacious. We enjoyed our stay a lot! However the building is not ready yet and there were construction workers right next to the apartment and some days they were yelling and drilling so loud our baby couldn’t sleep inside. We also heard some noice from drunk neighbours in the middle of the night in the swimming pool.

The airbnb was amazing! clean and the apartment was beatiful. with an amazing view from the balcony:) the comunication with the host was on point and the response was within minutes and he made sure that everything is okay. Reccomend!

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

we had a very good time in the apartment, especially the balcony we liked. It became our living room. In the apartment there was everything we needed. The surroundings are beautiful, a car for excursions makes sense. Petro and his family are very helpful, child-friendly and nice. Even came to help us with a flat tire. i'm sure we'll be back.

Amazing place to stay. It was spacious, clean, had an amazing view. Close to great restaurants - has a private beach. Walkable to the town centre. Would stay here again. Great host!

The view was absolutely beautiful! The location is great since it is not downtown, very walkable to many places. Apartment is so very nice and airy. Very clean too. Music from club is loud but earplugs fixes that so no problem. Parking is nice right below apartment. Challenging to get in but we accomplished it each time with no issues. Restaurants below is okay but one a few doors down is delicious, Max something...
