House vacation rentals in Alachua County

I rented the house (for a 3 week stay/in town for work) specifically because it had a pool and hot tub. The hot tub was great, the pool not so much. I reached out to the host asking when the pool was going to be cleaned (it was filthy) and he told me it only gets cleaned once a month. I chose to not get in because the bottom of the pool and walls were covered in green nastiness. Had I known the pool only gets service once a month, I would have chosen another place to stay.

Such a lovely home! We loved using the pool. The kitchen is well-stocked with gear! The beds were super-comfy. Slept like a dream!

Stayed for an only a few days as I was visiting family around area and it was so peaceful and quiet and amazing for only a few days . It was well taken care of and spotless when I walked in and anytime i had a question I always received a response requested pool heat to be turned on and Hot tub sometimes too and then was quickly answered and action was taken. Ten out of ten I would LOVE to stay here again ! Not even just because it’s nearby family but because it was so peaceful and relaxing to just stay in general . I would definitely recommend !!

Ravit was a great host, I told her I may need to check in early because I arrive earlier than expected. She was able to accommodate me. I ended up running errands and checked in late anyway. It was nice to know that I could. House was immaculate. King size bed was extremely comfortable. I was here for business and I slept like a baby. I definitely recommend that you see it for yourself. The price was nice as well.

Brittany's place was everything I wanted to end and start the year!!! Everything was perfect there...had an amazing time and the view was beautiful My dog loved it!!! We had everything we needed Such a peaceful neighborhood The surroundings were so nice to drive around Hope I can come back soon!

Magic's pool house was great! Fantastic location within walking distance of downtown High Springs (20 minute walk) and 10 minute drive to Ginnie Springs. It's so peaceful there. The back patio has tons of seating and the pool is beautiful. Would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back!

We loved the beach vibe! The place was clean and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and a wonderful refrigerator. The tvs are fantastic as is the back yard with pool and fire pit. The neighborhood felt safe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Beautiful location. Plenty of parking in the driveway and carport. Backyard was fenced. Pool was nice and heating cost was reasonable. My only comment was the Alexa system was not “luxury” and difficult to use. All TVs and lamps were set on Alexa plugs so that remotes couldn’t even be used as an alternative to turn on and off. Some nights only one lamp turned off or on or TV just wouldn’t work despite following the exact phrases on the signs in the home. I know the host is available for help but most people don’t want to reach out for help turning on a TV or lamp. Sometimes simple is better. I’m a tech person and this was frustrating to me. Otherwise great all around.

We came down for the Fla LSU football game. We had a great time, and everything was conveniently located from the home. The price was a little higher than we would of liked to of paid for but we know on football weekends any place is going to be a little pricier. We had a wonderful time and Glani's place was what we needed. Simple no fuss. Just a great place to rest our heads after a long day of being at the game. Thank you for your hospitality.

Linda’s place was exactly what I needed for my vacation. It was close to my event that was going on, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Linda responded very quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place in this area. I will book again next time I am in the area!

We stayed for 2 weeks during the holidays, because we have family nearby. It was absolutely wonderful! The place is gorgeous, well equipped and well maintained! It's quiet and private, making it a perfect spot for us to relax in between family activities or work "from home" when that was needed. It truly felt like coming home. We're very likely to stay here again in future visits.

Great place to stay with kids. Our kids loved the back yard and all the things to do!

We stayed here with 2 other families for a BMX state race and it was perfect. Enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone, the kitchen was nice and big, the first thing we noticed was how clean the house is! Beds were very comfy! We will definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in this area in the future!

Very neat and tidy older home. I t exactly met my needs.

Luis has made some changes since our last stay. The fenced in yard is much smaller than it used to be and I was unable to see my car because it was outside the fence. The instant hot water heater was so welcomed on the cold nights. All-in-all, another terrific stay in a quaint home with everything we needed.

Liza’s property was the perfect place for our game day weekend! It was a 5 min Uber to the edge of campus, and about a 45 minute walk back from campus after the game! It was close to (3-5min drive) to down town Gainesville with all the restaurants you could want! The house had such nice touches including a hair dryer, bathroom items, k cups for the coffee maker and automatic lights over the porch in the wonderful fenced back yard!
