I’ve stayed in many incredibly beautiful Airbnb properties over the years across the world. Bodil and Robert’s cabin “Fredheim” is the best I’ve ever stayed at and they are incredibly kind hosts. Putting aside the absolutely stunning location (which is also centrally located in Lofoten), the cabin is perfectly sized and adorned with everything you might need for a short or long stay. If you want perfection, stay at Fredheim. You won’t regret it.

What a wonderful house in a perfect peaceful location great for exploring Andøya.

The view of the accommodation was so beautiful. It was serene and you can see nothern lights every day, and it was a good surrounding environment to take a walk every morning. The grocery store is not close, but we bought a lot of groceries, so there was no problem. The fireplace was warm, and there was enough heating. It was especially nice that the host actively told us about the house. I was a friendly host who wanted to have a friend. Please let me know whenever you come to Korea ~

we stayed at Maximilian's place for my 30th birthday and it was the perfect choice! From the very beginning he made us feel like home. always responsive if we had questions and ready to help if needed. the highlight for sure was the Jacuzzi - and the northern Lights at the same time! we can highly recommend Maximilian as a host and his accommodation! hope to come again one day! 😊

Everything about this property is magical. We were very lucky to spend our honeymoon here and were greeted with flowers and a card at the Airbnb. Geir went above and beyond to make our stay special. He is the best host we have encountered through Airbnb. He regularly communicated to ensure everything was comfortable, asked the local council to grit the road for us, and even set up the hot tub for us to enjoy and see the Northern Lights one evening after being out exploring. It is in a good location to explore the Lofoten Islands (approx 50 mins from Svolvaer). We were incredibly unlucky with stormy weather but this was the perfect house to cosy up in front of the fire. The house is comfortable, clean and warm. It is even better in person than in photos. We highly recommend and hope to return some day!

Henny‘s home was really a pleasant after spending time in small rooms in Norway. Here you’ll get a whole spacious apartment for yourself. I really enjoyed relaxing on the sofa and I could also easily wash my clothes in the washing machine in the bathroom. The view is amazing! You can see the mountains and if you walk a bit further down the street (1-2 min) you‘ll reach the stony beach. The sunrise is really beautiful there
