The location of the house is very good and in a reliable and decent compound. The beds were very comfortable, the house was spacious and spotless, we were very satisfied. There is no parking problem, the site has its own parking lot. The host, Mr. Sinan, was very interested and thought of everything we might need. Thank you so much for leaving treats on the table for us. I will definitely stay in this house again the next time I go to Cyprus. I recommend everything was perfect 😊

Spacious villa with beautiful swimming pool. Selcuk is very friendly and concerned that we are in the accommodation, he has come several times to offer us fruit from his garden. I highly recommend this rental located in Northern Cyprus.

Hana was very helpful in all processes. She was very caring and quick to respond. We liked the location of the house very much, the center of Kyrenia is not too far away, it is located in Çatalköy and close to the main connection roads. Entrance to the house was quite easy. A fully stocked home that can meet your every need. She was also very good at cleanliness. Thank you for providing flexibility in check-in and checkout times. A full price performance house for large groups.

It was a very nice stay! Very quiet area, lovely sweets&coffee store on the first floor. The apartment is very cosy and was perfectly clean. I was there for 2 days for work purposes and will definitely come again when needed. Μπράβο, ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!

It was great!!! Everything you need for a holiday. The pool is huge, with great large lounging area. Unfortunately, it was too cold to bathe in the pool;) is also winter :) Breakfast on the terrace in the sun - fantastic! The sea view from the bedroom - magnificent! Hopefully nothing will be built before that, so other guests can enjoy this view too! What was really nice; one night there was a thunderstorm. We pulled back the curtains in the bedroom and could watch the weather light from the bed. As crass as the lightning flashed over the sea. This view is simply priceless!!! Thanks for letting us being your guests!

Great modern apartment with all the necessary amenities and equipment you need for a long stay. Internet is very fast. The communication with the host, Toufic was easy and smooth, he helped us with any question we had, 100% recommend.

We stayed 3 weeks in Kay's villa and absolutely loved it. The area was lovely, the villa was comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt very at home. Kaya was communicative and easy to reach.
